    May 21st 2024 . Website by Ziella was up and running as a jewelry site. I put an order in costing $39.95 plus shipping and got a confirmation email. A tracking number. A welcome email. But then nothing. No customer service response at all. It is now June 14th and what was supposed to take 3-5 business days hasnt been resolved.

    My husband purchased a necklace for Mother's Day and had requested engraving to be done. He understood it would take longer to receive due to this. When the product arrived late, like it said it would, there was no engraving. We have reached out multiple times via email and contact form on their website with absolutely no response from the company. We simply want this corrected, and the correct item sent.     I purchased a bracelet from Ziella.co on 12/7. It was a Christmas gift. When my husband tried it on, we discovered that the bracelet was too small. I reached out to Ziella right away and they responded within hours to offer a larger bracelet. I responded a few days later informing them that I wanted a refund as the clasp was not strong enough and I feared it might fall off. I have emailed a few times since then requesting return information (as it is not listed on their website) and there has been no response from them. I have attached a few emails below. Thank you!

    I ordered three necklaces, one for each of my daughters, for Christmas. Shipping was VERY slow. They state they are in *******, but their phone number listed with BBB is in **********. I believe they are not located in the **** at all. I finally received only ONE of the necklaces just before Christmas. E-mailed the company a week before Christmas and they assured the other two would be sent. On 1/5/2024 I received a package from them with two empty jewelry boxes. The necklaces and other contents were not in the empty boxes. I have e-mailed them again and I am waiting for a response.

    Ordered a gift for my wife. Its been over 3 weeks and no response from the company. Their phone number goes straight to voice mail. The address is someones personal home in **********. The phone number is from **********. The web address from Columbia. The company says its in ***************. They dont respond to emails. They took my money and never intended to send me anything. They scam people and take their money and never respond. They have ads all over social media so who knows how many people have been scammed.

    I ordered a necklace on October 6th 2022, charged on 10/7/22 in the amount of $59.95 via the ziella.co website for a Product: White Gold/ Luxury Mahogany Style "to my soulmate" projection necklace Shipping Address: ************************************************** Order Number: ***** On the website it claims to take 7 days to process to get a tracking number. Today is day 15 since the transaction, on the 10th business day today. I have not received a tracking number, I reached out to this company by email on the 18th and I got a response on the same day saying I didn't complete the order form right ( I didn't upload a picture ). I then sent them a picture and advised it would have been nice to know that a week ago. I then asked what timeline I can expect to receive the product and I didn't receive a response in 24 hours so I sent 3 follow up emails spaced 12 hours apart asking for updates and I haven't heard back from the company. I am now outside of the window that they sighted and I chose to go with another company because I needed a gift for my significant other at a certain date. Due to the fact that this buisness is now unresponsive for 3 days, Calls get auto hang-up and they are not responding to email. I would like to know when my product will arrive, if it will not arrive by the first week of November I would like to get a refund as I feel there has been many failures on their part in customer service.
