DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. The law firm has chronically lied to my mother who is a senior citizen on a fixed income. ************ ******************************************* Law Firm collected on an insurance claim on behalf of my mother and committed to pay the outstanding medical bills for hospital visits they urged her to make. We have a signed copy of the law firms letter to the hospital (dated Oct 15, 2020) committing to payment but *************************** Law Firm never paid. The ***************************** Law Firm then assured us on June 10, 2021 (via faxed letter to the hospital) that "payment has will be issued" verbatim. The payment was never received by the hospital. The medical bills were forwarded to collections forcing my mother to make payment. On August 30, 2021Tthe ************ Benedict Law Firm sent me an email indicating they would mail me a reimbursement check. That also never happened. The level of deception is appalling, especially from law firm representative *************************** who was my mother's primary contact. We will be looking into other recourses to make the ************ ******************************************* Law Firm follow through with their commitment.
