    On 9/26/2025 I ordered 3 ******************** saving device. I noticed that that after ordering the product my order showed a different company and it didn't seem right. I then told them to cancel. There was a 90 day guarantee on it. They sent me a support ticket. Then I received an email that is has been shipped after they said sorry to hear you want to cancel. Then I get an email that the support ticket was closed. I contacted them several times to cancel the order. I finally was able to reach someone on the phone "*******" that refused to give me a return address. At first he said I was responsible for shipping it back and I would lose 10% of the amount. He said keep it and give it away to someone if you don't want it. I asked several times for the return address and he refused to give it to me. He said I just refunded you $100.00 that will show up on my card in ten business days. I said there is a 90 day guarantee or my money back. I then received an email stating I was refunded $100.00 which I don't believe. I reported it to my *********** credit card on 9/26/2025. I have the unopened product now but can't return it. I do have emails for proof

    I received hearing aids I did not order and was charged for them. I want a total refund and I will return them at your expense. If this is not done immediately I will turn this over to ********** and file a fraud case. I will also contact me state Attorney General and and do the same

    I purchased hearing aids from a company called NXT gizmo. They are unwilling to accept a return as they claim they are refusing for health reasons. I had hearing aids from other companies that let me try them on trial, and they took them back if I didnt like them. In addition to that, I ordered what I thought was, one pair, but they sent two pair.
