      They have no real support sent in a rma no response the phone number to support guy said he is a Benz dealer and the sales one told me do it online need a phone replacement and a voicemail unlock

      We are so sorry you had a bad experience with a vendor. Maxwest Telecom does not sell items to the public. Maxwest Telecom is a manufacturing company. Our product is only made for distribution. Distributors sale items to vendors/stores that sell items to the public. We wish we could help you unlock your voicemail but unfortunately, we cannot do that due to the fact that we are only a manufacturing company, not a service provider. You can feel free to email us at ****************************** or by calling us at ************ for any assistance regarding manufacturer defects. As far as anyone with a Mercedes, we no not know who you are referring to. That could've been a street vendor that is not affiliated to us.

      I have a Maxwest Astro 10R tablet. I have tried contacting their customer support on three occasions and they have failed to respond. I am trying to obtain the factory firmware for this tablet. The link on their website does not work (it just says link but there is no actual hyperlink). I have even requested an RMA to send it back and have not received a response.

We have opened up a free repair ticket to reinstall the software on your nonfunctioning Astro 10R free of charge.       I'm concern that after using your device for a few months the internet is really slow. As far as being on the Affordable Connectability Program I'm really not to sure how the service works. You can't text, volume isn't great on most apps. I love the tablet and think this company can go far just fix the slow internet. Also for **** being a part of the Affordable Connectability Program I just want to know if they work like government assistance program for free phones?
