    Mark has been my Webroot Secure Help for many years! He has been extremely helpful, and he has been patient and kind at all times. He is extremely knowledgeable at takes his time to assist me whenever he can!     I used Wintelsecure to rid my computer of viriuses and general clean-up. Skylar was very professional and patient with me as she cleaned up my computer. She was sympathetic to my issues and took her time explaining what she was doing with my computer. I was very impressed that she volunteered to call me back the next day to double-check to make sure the computer was running well. GREAT JOB SKYLAR!
