I had gotten sick and could not pay my pain back and when I emailed them and asked for a payment arrangements they agreed to $100 a pay. I sent them my banking info to get it started and they never would email me back. I emailed them at least once a week and never got a response until they said they sent it to a another company for collecting and taking my wages.Business Response

I took out a loan with Gray Fox Lending on January 16th, 2025 for I believe it was $250 or $350. I made my payments, which resulted in a higher amount than I was approved for, before switching to a different bank in March. I switched to a different bank because I was paying on nothing but interest and they had already received their full principal balance PLUS interest. I heard absolutely nothing from them until early **** saying they were going to garnish my wages and that I now owe them $1,432.02 which is insane. They said the only way to stop the garnishment was to revoke a voluntary wage assignment or schedule a payment plan. I tried scheduling a payment plan and no one responds to emails or answers the phone at this company, so I typed out, signed, emailed, and PHYSICALLY mailed a copy of the revocation to the address listed in the email then sent, and heard nothing back, so I assumed it was settled. Well today I received and email from someone in HR saying they received an email today saying Gray Fox Lending is demanding a wage garnishment. The email they sent was dated **** 24th, 12 DAYS after my initial email and letter. I sent a screenshot of the email I sent to **** *** to the HR office letting them know I had already revoked, AND which I have also attached in the supporting documents. What they are doing is completely illegal. Not only is it triple digit interest rate, they're ignoring documents THEY REQUEST to try and garnish wages. I want nothing to do with this company, they've completely shut down their website, you can't view any account information. I revoke any future automatic payments, the voluntary wage assignment, wage garnishment of any kind, access to my banking information, as well as any and all future contact with this company. YOU ARE THIEVES AND FRAUDS, and if the harassment continues I will be contacting my attorney and escalating the matter.Business Response

Gray Fox lending garnished my wages a few months ago and was paid in full. I have my pay check stub to prove it. Then they turn around and garnish me again for the same exact amount. You cannot call them or email them. Their web page does not work and it looks like they are no longer in business, so how are they taking more money from me? They are taking $249.12 from my account every two weeks and the goals amount is $951.88. I did not receive a letter or a notice of this that is how I know it is fraud. Like I said I paid them in full months ago and never borrowed from them again. I am trying to get this stopped before any more money is taken from my check. I have contacted my employer. This is illegal!Business Response
