    I placed an order for 2 surgical suits for my dog and allowed more than enough time for delivery. When it was getting close to the date of surgery I contacted them to cancel my order and requested a refund and they said they were unable to do so that the label was created. There was no direct phone number to speak to a customer serv *** only a contact form to complete on their site with back and forth emails. I ended up ordering from another company and received in time. I finally received notice it was in transit and saw it was coming from *****. I had no idea I was ordering from *****. The site gave no inclination of that. Had I known I wouldn't have placed the order. I figured when the packet arrived I would refuse it. But it came to my PO Box with no company name and a Chicago Illinois address so didn't realize it was the suits when I picked up. I contacted them again and they said to keep or donate because the cost to maiback would be expensive. I already bought the suits and don't need these suits. I just want my money back for a product that was not delivered timely and very upset that the company does not inform the consumer about product coming from ***** and if returning item you won't get a full refund. I paid $58.93 and they refunded me $9.59. Again, this company has a site that is false advertising and a big scam.

    On October 7th I placed an order from Paw Print Pad for a rain poncho and over 4 weeks later was delivered a completely different size, style, and pattern to the item I paid for. When I contacted the company about the error, I was only offered a 10% refund on my order, or to send the item back and be sent another one. I do not trust that if I did the second option they would send me the item I originally ordered. The website states that because I was delivered an incorrect item, the company will cover the return shipping fees and process a refund once the item is received. This was not an option that I was given.

    On 10/14 I placed an order for a product costing $46.74. The companys website states that the order is processed within 1-2 business days and transit is 5-10 business days. It has been ****************************************************************************************** shipped. I have emailed customer service multiple times, and they keep extending the date of processing and now they are not answering my emails. I would like to cancel the order completely and get a refund.

    I placed an order online and was charged to my bank account the same day. Then the same charge a week later. I did not receive an order confirmation. I tried to call and the phone is disconnected. I email them to ask about two charges and to cancel my orders, but I get an email kicked back to me that says malicious malware/spam detected. Two charges of the same amount $48.94 each. No product no phone call, no email response.

    Order ***** $88.92 on 12/3/23 Order 2pairs of *** Specs googles in blue size medium and Neon green XL. Was sent counterfeit knock off items in wrong sizes and wrong colors. I have sent over 10 emails to them and they acknowledged receipt but and then respond with the same generic response asking to detail the problem and I have complied but they refuse to do anything. Phone number is not legitimate. I do not think they are a properly registered /licensed company. *** filed a complaint and reported them to the Florida State *********************** and the *** (Report #*********). I also notified the company RexSpecs to let them know that this company lifted its product photos and used them to bait customers into buying the fake product. Since then they have removed the false and deceptive advertisement from their site. I would like a full refund for both the googles and to find out how do I return the counterfeit products back to them. Please help me expose this fraudulent company! I have ALL THE emails EXCHANGED between them and myself. They respond from an email that says Premier Trust Store so I dont know in this is a DBA or what the parent company is. Its all so de prove.
