Ordered swimsuit 6/22/2025. Says 1-5 business days to process. Wrote them 8 business days later saying it hasnt processed. They replied my color choice wasnt in stock. I replied asking which ones were. They replied my initial choice was now available. Be patient. I waited. Notified them again July 3rd I wanted a refund as it still wasnt shown in their webpage that my order had processed. They replied a tracking number had been issued and I could track progress, be patient. The **** label which was created on July 4th still shows **** is waiting to receive item. This is a scam company. I recently just read another womans complaint that she hasnt received her item ordered may 5th nor will they provide a refund!Initial Complaint

On May 15 I ordered a compression garment for post surgical use. My credit card was charged that day. I didnt hear from the company with tracking information for over 2 weeks so I sent an email requesting an update. I was told the color I chose was unavailable and they gave me another option. I agreed to accept another color but that was also unavailable so I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund. They have have continued to email me with pictures of garments that dont even address the need I have plus they keep offering me a discount if I keep the garment. I keep telling them that I never received anything because the product is unavailable. At this point I just want a refund on my credit card because this company is a sham.Initial Complaint

I spent $123.75 on three articles of clothing on Curvy Fajas website. That included $29 that I paid for expedited shipping. They promised to ship it out within 1-5 working days. It is now well past that, and they have not shipped my order. I have requested multiple times that they cancel the order and refund my money since it will not arrive to me on time. They continue to refuse and wont ship my order. All I want is my $123.75 back.Initial Complaint

I am filing this complaint because this company advertises free returns for people who spend more than $79 and they say hassle free returns. I am trying to return my items since the gene does not fit me and the quality is terrible and it doesnt even look like the photo advertised on their website. The gene I got does not even have the logo patch on the back like in the photo. I asked for a return and they told me that I need to pay the shipping label to ***** and pay port fees when I requested the return within 10 days of receiving the package. This is not right that they do not want to own up to their word and send me a paid label. They have another location in the ** and I asked if I could return it to that location and they said no it has to be to the ***** one. I just want my money back these products are not what I thought they would be they lied and the product is not like advertised i feel scamed.Initial Complaint

The company deceived me by false advertising and describing a product I purchased inaccurately. They stated it came with "15 steel bones" and the product I received was made with cheap plastic boning that I can bend in between my fingers. Their return policy states "we will bear the return shipping cost or reissue due to product quality or our mistake". However, they denied me a refund several times before finally offering me to keep the item and take a coupon. When I did not accept their offer, they insisted I return the item and bear the cost, not honoring their own return policy. They are already listed as a F rating on BBB and many others have had the same issue with this company.Initial Complaint

When they finally responded after trying to reach them multiple times..I was sent 3 messages saying same thing making me keep a shaper that doesn't fit me at all telling me to keep it 1st time they offered 20%, 2nd 25%, and 3rd time 30% I kept telling them It's not a size 12 and I'm not keeping something that's not my size in their ad they say they have hassle-free returns they hassled me the whole time!!!! I wear a size 12 the shaper US size said a size 12 it's not clearly a US 12... Then they told me it was going to be alot to ship it when I was only charged $7.99 for shipping and the address it was shipped from is ************************************************************************************************************************************** Their trying to have me now ship it so they can sell it to someone else in ***** and telling me I'm responsible for all fees and taxes that occurs.. When it was shipped to me from ************* ********.. This outrageous how their trying to do their customers!!! On their website their description on the items they sell falls short to the actual item sent. Poor quality and nothing like the description. I emailed them for a refund and a return label to send this back to them and they have refused to do so!Initial Complaint

Their website states "Hassle-free returns" and easy ruturns but at this point they are refusing to accept the item, for return. I have been emailing back and forth with one of their representatives about returning an item because it did not resemble the item on the website and the quality was lower than expected. The representative is telling me it will be more cost effective to give me a discount code rather than returning my item that I do not want and have no interest in purchasing from them again. I ordered an item in mid to late August. I received notification from the post office that it had been sitting at the wrong post office since August 29th with no expected delivery date. I went to all the local post offices the first week of september and found that the package was returned to sender. I then recieved notification that the package was delivered back to cury faja, the address it shipped from, on Sept 12th. I have been contacting Cury Faja since late August and even sent them proof that the item was returned to them. They keep giving me the run around and telling me to check with my neighbors for the package because it's showing as being delivered. I've told them ar least 6 times that it was delivered back to them/ where they shipped it from. I sent the delivery confirmation of it being returned to ********. I live in *******, never ever lived in ********. I submitted a complaint with klarna as well. These people are basically refusing to refund my money. 1. They shipped my package to the wrong address 2. The post office returned the package to sender 3. I sent them the delivery confirmation 4. Despite receiving proof that it was delivered to an address in a completely different state (where it shipped from, originally), they continue to tell me it has been delivered to me in ******* and to ask my neighbors if they have seen it. It was shipped to my PO Box, also something I've told them already.5. I've been repeating myself to these people since August, we are now on October.6. They have refused to refund my money or send the item to the correct address. 7. This is a Fraudulent business
