Company collects payment when the order is placed online. Customers report that the company sends tracking numbers for the purchase. Although company provides tracking, the tracking never updates to show the item is on its way. Customers report waiting for weeks and months to receive their order and the order never arrives. Other customers report that they have received an order but the products are defective, damaged, or some even have the safety seal broken. Customers have reached out to the company to request a refund but company fails to respond to phone calls or emails. If the company does respond they indicate they have a no refund policy. as far as the recent complaints i have been responding and all complaints have been solved with customers getting there product
We do not offer 1 day shipping like amazon which is what the customers want and what we are building up to but can assure you we have full team working on this and bettering everyday despite the epidemic that continues
