The stroller wagon I received as a gift for my infant brand new will not function safely. I tried calling to see if they would beable to fix the issue or help and they told me because I received it as a gift a little over a year ago theres nothing I can do. The item is not safe and does not stay locked. When trying to fold it it doesnt collapse properly either.Initial Complaint

Due to BabyTrends confusing website, the stroller car seat system is the same price and just the stroller and the wrong item was ordered. Contact with BabyTrend was Immediately tried for cancellation of the order and was unable to get a hold of anyone. Finally the next Monday, got a hold of a person who said orders cannot be cancelled. Upon delivery contact with babytrend was tried again for return and they just kept referring me to email weborders and they said I was responsible for a 25% restocking fee plus shipping fees. This is unacceptable when I made MULTIPLE immediate efforts with babytrend to cancel order and not have it shipped and processed. Yet they refused to contact me and cancel the order. They just ignored my requests and shipped it out anyway. now they are holding me responsible for fees on an unused item that was meant to be cancelled. Multiple emails were went to babytrend weborders for return and as of 06/10/2025 there has been silence and no answer from the company. The customer should not be held responsible for fees due to babytrend ignoring the customer and not cancelling the order on time. I contacted them right away and they refused to cooperate and make it difficult for customers to cancel so they can charge customers the fees. ********************** should state their fees upfront so customers arent being blindsided with fees that arent disclosed until after you try to return an item. BabyTrend is deceiving by having such tactics making it difficult to stop and cancel an order.Initial Complaint

Ordered a stroller from this company for a new mother to be. She tragically lost her husband at 31 years of age a few weeks ago and seeing that this stroller is a single to double stroller and she knows she wont have another child anytime soon this particular stroller is too painful and a reminder she wont have other children with him I have requested numerous times an RMA # to return the stroller. Have called and spoken to customer service on 3 seperate occasions as well as emailed numerous times for the return # as I was instructed to do with no response back from company! Last email sent to ******* *******, **** executive on Thur March 27th and have heard nothing back. At this point I feel like they should waive the 25% restocking fee AND send me a label to ship back to them (free of charge) for all of the trouble I have been through trying to FOLLOW THEIR return policy! The stroller is still in box, unopened just like it was delivered. Terrible customer service! Would never recommend using this company!Initial Complaint

Rivets that hold the stroller together have become loose and makes the stroller unsafe and unusable. Rivets cant be tightened down. Once they are loose they need to be replaced. Have been in contact with the company for a month with no resolution. All they ask for is more pictures and more videos.Initial Complaint

On December 11 2023 I orders a travel stroller on ****** through the business listed above. The item was discovered to be defective. I contacted the company in which they stated I could get a partial refund but I would need to destroy the item and send pictures. I did so. They stated I would get a check within 14 business days. It has now been a few month with continued emails back and forth with no refund after I was told to destroy it.Initial Complaint

On January 19th 2025 in ordered a jogger and a A car seat, because we're expecting a baby in the first week of February. Now it's February 4th. I never received the order. I never received any email or communications from the company about my order or any tracking number there is nothing in their website about it except the receipt of paiment. The only email I received was the one of confirmation after I put the order. They charged me of course. Shipping policy says it's 3 to 5 days to be delivered. I live in *************. So I should have receieved the order that week I put it. I usually buy from other countries staff that come in within a week or less sometimes. The emails I tired I never got a reply, the phone number I tried is not working and having "technical difficulties", the worst is when I chat with they support online, they said that they don't have my order number!Whats going on with this company?Initial Complaint

January 2024 I purchased a car seat/stroller combination. My child was born in March so the product was not being used until recently. The stroller no longer safely locks into place when in use. The product was purchased in store for $144.99. I reached out to the manufacturer on 10/21 and was told based on the information provided at their request damage to the stroller frame was caused by some of other force, unrelated to the actual manufacturing based on the video provided. It is nearly impossible to make that determination from a video. One side locks and the other does not. This is clearly a safety hazard and I can no longer appropriately utilize the product. I purchased a baby trend wagon and received it December 29 2024. We registered our wagon and was told we had a 1 year warranty. The beginning of September i open the net part for the first time and it had a small rip in the net. I contacted baby trend Sep 6th and emailed multiple times and didnt receive a response until Sep 12th. The customer service *** told me they have the part and i am responsible for the part and shipping. This is fully covered under warranty. I would like the part to be shipped to me under the warranty. Also we have came across other issues. The wagon doesnt open completely. We would like a new wagon and this one to be picked up and sent back.Initial Complaint

I was gifted a car seat stroller combo from them by my mother who purchased on Amazon less than one year ago. My baby is 3 months old so Ive been using the car seat for 3 months now. I noticed the other day that the handle is twisted and jammed and altogether not working correctly. It has not been handled poorly so it show that this product is poor quality. The company refuses to replace the car seat saying its my fault for having a small fan that weighs one pound attached to the handle, that is not okay because anything made correctly would not break due to something one pound in weight attached to it.Initial Complaint

Purchased a *********** in April 2024, and one Side has started to malfunction. Will disengage while being used. I reached out as its was still under warranty and ***************** requested a video sent a video of our home security showing the malfunction and then they requested a video of me assembling it to make sure I was assembled it correctly. Lets keep in mind Ive been using it just fine since April, its now August 20th and for 2 days its not been working properly. So I find the request ridiculous personally but agreed. As a mom I just want a replacement, or refund because I NEED a *********** that functions safely
