1 starStarting in 2023 Turbo Tax automatically changed the Tax Audit subscription to 1 year only. So if you get a notice after the 12 months they will not cover you. With the speed the *** runs, that probably mean you will never use their services. So effectively you pay them and they do nothing.TaxAudit

TurboTax offers two versions of Audit Defense: an Annual version and a Standard version. Both versions offer the same Audit Defense service, with the Annual version having an expiration date. The version offered by TurboTax is at their discretion. If you were offered an Annual version of Audit Defense and would like to extend the service to Standard Audit Defense, you can contact us at (800) 922-8348.

1 starI had had good results a few years ago but when I got a complicated one because someone scammed me for a lot of money while I was recovering from a brain operation (don't take NSAIDs long-term), I thought that TaxAudit might help. Instead, I found the two staff members: nit-picking over one figure, going to training sessions, not answering pointed questions, and basically leading me to think they didn't want the case. I just told them I was unhappy and unsatisfied. I have gone with another firm ... and G*d only knows how all this junk will end.TaxAudit
