Grand Rising My name is ***************************** and I have been living at my 4bd duplex with myself and my children since 2013. Jan 22,2023 my duplex neighbor place caught on fire which cause my family displaced living here and there and motel. During this time - my landlord charged me rent while the place was inhabitable and we was not living there.He illegally broke into my house after he lost my house key before making arrangements with me to come open house.He said I can move back in - in two weeks but during the process he have been so bias , prejudice , retailiated against me and my kids. I contacted the county of sacramento no update ..My landlord did an illegal lockout on my home while my items was in there ..all because Smud turned off the power because of no payment and people was stealing electricity. ******** stated he didnt want no one breaking in the house - he wanted the lights on and he stated he was going to pay but didnt .Then he wouldn't tell my insurance provider the truth that I suppose to be moving back in after repairs I suppose to be out of hotel by March 31 st in the meantime my American Family - ************************* paid CRDN and Service Masters over $30000 with a forge signature of mines. (They forge my signature -and work hours) They misrep me and use my physical disability to get over on me . This causing me and my kids to be homeless
