  From the moment we contacted Smoove LLC , we knew we were getting highly focused , careful and individualized attention to our moving needs.The owner, ****** came to our home to carefully inventory our belongings and help us understand the many different scenarios one encounters when seeking a moving company. ****** had a vast amount of knowledge and experience from his many years working for other larger moving companies before starting his own company. He knows this industry inside and out. He helped us understand the difference between direct vs consolidated moves, fixed/guaranteed quote vs non-binding estimate (cost can end up being much higher at the end of the move) and owner operators vs brokers. This would be our first big move in more than 25 years, and we had no idea that a simple ****** search was leading us to scam brokers whom you never meet and they have nothing to do with your move. They farm it out to multiple movers and your furnishings can be transferred to multiple trucks during the course of a long distance move. We had already heard some nightmare stories. We knew from our meeting with ****** and the time he devoted to helping us understand, that he was a straight shooter, and has hands on involvement with all of his moves. We needed a budget friendly yet trustworthy mover for our cross country move (California to Virginia) as we are retired and did not have employers covering the cost of the move. Of the five companies we contacted ****** was the only owner who actually took the time to come to our home before giving us a quote. If you are seeking a mover who is highly experienced and will give you personalized and honest quotes, remain very involved with every phase of your move, then you will not be disappointed by ****** and his crew at Smoove LLC.

  I hired Smoove once before and was delighted by their punctuality, flexibility, and quick work. They allowed me to change my appointment time on a very short notice and were very nice and accommodating. Their work ethic is great, and they really go above and beyond! They work fast and efficiently, and they moved my furniture to each spot I wanted. They were careful and mindful of all the materials. I cant stress enough how fast they work. And is for value, its a great price. They are reasonable. I will definitely be hiring them again!
