As a mortgage broker it's our job to find you the best loan possible from our existing lender data base. We do purchase or refinance loans with terms ranging from 10, 15, 20, 25, 27 and 30 years.  We specialize in Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, HARP and Jumbo loans. Here at synergy we work with the wholesale side of lenders where interest rates can change daily and sometimes multiple times in one day. Because of this we subscribe to live mortgage backed securities trading to ensure our clients lock or float the interest rate at the right time.
