            I want to cancel this health insurance plan. I never signed up to it, it was provided my my job site. I contacted them, and so has my employer to try and cancel the health insurance and every time we either never hear back or they hang up. This is very unprofessional and Ive tried every route to cancel this insurance. I already have a fantastic primary healthcare plan that covers my medication, I DO NOT NEED this insurance. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever.

            A family member of mine has been working in hospitality industry on Oahu for over 15 years. Now that she is retiring BRMS (Benefit Risk Management services) is giving not only my family member but others who are retiring a very hard time filing for there retirement benefits. She has been going back there with the documents that they requested and then they ask for more each and every time she goes back even tho she came back with all the documents they asked for the last visit. It seems they do not want to pay the hard working people the money they are entitled too.
