      I honestly dont get why INVS RETR is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didnt even bother to provide it. Its frustrating because this is hurting my credit for no reason, and its just not fair. In March 2025, the consumer filed a dispute with the credit reporting agencies with allegations of fraud, *** mailed the consumer a verification of debt and a fraud claim packet to the same address the consumer provides in this complaint; the consumer has yet to respond to the Fraud claim packet. *** through its attorney filed a lawsuit against the consumer, Cook County, IL Court case no.: 20216008506. We have been trying to serve the consumer legal documents and have had no success.
