When talking with ****, whom I later found out was the owner, he assured me that he had looked into the trim of my vehicle and that the work he promised was the work that was going to be done. When I picked up the car I paid for the work then walked out and did the walk around and noticed that the rear luggage area and mirrors werent done also that there was bubbling on the front, I was assured the bubbling would go away and then was informed that the mirrors and luggage area were not painted so that they couldnt do it. So then I asked why was I charged the full amount even though they didnt do what was promised, I was told its a flat rate I voiced my concern and was told that my vehicle was difficult to work on and that they are used to doing teslas. The girl I was talking to had no answer when I asked if they couldnt do the job then why wasnt I contacted and told of the problem she just said I dont know. At this point I was pretty annoyed so I asked for the owners address, after walking out to my vehicle to make the call I found out I was given the wrong number. The employee said she accidentally gave me the wrong number and gave me the correct one. Once in touch with **** he told me about a 2nd appointment to get the film re looked at which I was never told about and he also mentioned a coupon which was never given to me, so he offered to tint my front windows for free and re do the film its been months and i still havent gotten a single call from him and im up to the point where I dont even want them touching my car, I paid full price and the mirrors and luggage area were never done and you can see in the invoice that I was charged for them.
