    The Hotel. Rodeway Inn was dirty, soiled and the bedding sheets were soiled. We asked the front desk staff for a different room and he denied that. The staff also refused to go to the room to look at the wet soiled bedding and he refused. We then asked for our money back and he refused. We had to leave and find another place to stay. Thank you, ***************************

    On 07/21/2023 my husband and I booked a room (room # **) to which was suppose to be a non smoking room. Upon entering the room immediately smelled of cigarette smoke. As we set our things inside & got ready to take a shower we were met with about ***** jumping tiny bugs in the bathtub as well as dirt suds. We went to the front desk to notify them of this information to which we were switched rooms. Who I believe is the hotel owner/manger informed up that he was able to switch it this time, but unfortunately the next time he wouldnt be able to. We accepted that as we werent thinking wed find anymore bugs and it was maybe an isolated situation with room #**. As we went into room 33 we checked the bathtub and found 2 of those tiny bugs but were able to look past it as it was getting late and the information the front desk has given us we quickly scanned the room and left. We dropped our things off and headed out leaving the light on and when we came back around 11:30/12 am the light in the room we had left on prior to leaving was now off (so someone had entered the room without our knowledge) As I was checking to see if the fridge worked to put some water bottles inside. 2 roaches came crawling from inside the fridge to the outside. Not only was there two adult roaches but there were now baby roaches coming out. We looked around the room to see if there was more to then find large burn holes in the bedding. My husband and I immediately grabbed our things and left the room going straight to the front desk to inform them & get a refund. We were met with **** at the front desk and gave him this information. I pulled out my phone showing **** (the front desk ******* **** confirmed it was roaches. Ive emailed the business twice to no response. Ive called and got the run around and lies. Front desk refused to give me their names as well as management name after asking 6 times her answer was email to general manager Stay: 7/21/23-7/23/23 Amount: ******
