    I am filing a formal complaint regarding unprofessional and disruptive conduct by employees and subcontractors of Allie *** Design + Build, who have been working on a project on our residential street for an extended period, now approaching two years.Throughout the course of this project, there has been a consistent pattern of public nuisance and disregard for community safety and cleanliness. ******************** routinely loiter in the street and around the job-site after hours, often seen drinking beer in and around their vehicles. This behavior not only raises serious concerns about potential drunk driving but has also created an intimidating and unsafe environment for neighbors, particularly in front of my home. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed workers leaving the site driving recklessly, and reports have been made to local authorities concerning public intoxication, littering, and illegal dumping.When my son politely asked a group of subcontractors to clean up after themselves while they were drinking in the street, littering on my sidewalk, they became aggressive and confrontational, shouting slurs including calling him a "faggot"language that is completely unacceptable under any circumstance and a clear violation of basic professional conduct.Additionally, the job-site is poorly maintained. Dirt, rocks, gravel, and construction debris are regularly tracked up and down both sides of the entire block by work vehicles. There has been no consistent effort to clean or contain the mess. The project manager, ***** *****, made assurances that steps would be taken to eliminate job-site drinking and limit vehicle traffic and loitering. However, these promises have not been honored, and the disruptive behavior has continued.This company has repeatedly failed to maintain a safe, respectful, and clean work environment. I am requesting a formal investigation and resolution to address these serious and ongoing issues.
