    I ordered a part from this company for my truck. I ordered the correct part. They was emailing me asking for VIN off of the truck. I informed them that if they sent the part going by the vin that it would not work. They still sent the wrong part. I call and tell them I just need to send it back. They said they cant take it back and swap me the right part. The guy I talked to told me that it said in his notes that I told them the one from the vin would not work. I just wanna swap my part out with the correct part.

    When someone purchases a wire harness from us, our team collects the vehicle identification number from the customer placing the order. When this customer explained he does not have the correct engine in his truck, we explained we cannot offer any warranty or returns once the item has been attempted to be installed. At which point the customer sent us the *** to his vehicle. Our team confirmed the correct harness based on the vehicles original equipment. We supplied this item. The customer since reached out stating we sent the wrong harness. Our team escalated the issue to our customer service manager who sent a response with the return information. We are willing to accept the new harness back given there is no damage. Our customer service team has responded again to ensure he also gets this message from them as well.

    The customer is incorrect, here are photos of the item we received. A dark black oil has contaminated a new product. The initial lubrication of this turbocharger is vital to its break in and we cannot with peace of mind sell this item to another customer. Which is why they will not receive a refund.
