    I had a deeply disappointing experience with Choyce Law Firm, specifically with attorney ***** *****. I hired her to handle a traffic violation case, trusting her promises of a thorough and strategic defense. She assured me that her approach would involve cross-examining the police officer, challenging the radar's accuracy, and questioning the evidence. However, none of this happened.Instead, during the trial, Ms. ***** immediately asked the judge to amend the ticket to a non-moving violation without attempting the promised strategy. Worse, she falsely claimed that I was moving to ********** and requested that the judge allow me to attend traffic schoolan approach that was never discussed with me. This false statement was not only unprofessional but could have impacted my case had I not attended the trial to correct it.Her meeting invite stated that my attendance wasnt required, which I now see as an attempt to avoid accountability. Thankfully, I chose to attend, allowing me to address her misrepresentation and better understand what was happening. However, I felt completely unprepared when the judge asked if I agreed to the amended charge. With no guidance from Ms. ****** I was pressured into agreeing to a non-moving violation with a higher fine than my original ticket.This experience was frustrating and stressful. Ms. ***** did not follow through on her promises, communicated poorly, and made decisions without consulting me. I felt misled and unsupported throughout the entire process.I believe this firm prioritizes payments over professional representation. My case was handled in a way that felt transactional rather than focused on achieving the best possible outcome. I caution others against hiring this firm, as my experience reflects a lack of care, preparation, and integrity.I'll also be filing a formal complaint with the State Bar of **********. I expect better professionalism and accountability from any legal representative.
