    I purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler, as soon as I drove it off the lot the Ai light came one, so it needed a new battery, then the airbag light and seatbelt light came on although my seatbelt was buckled. The visor was falling off and water was coming through the roof panels. There was also a loose bolt under the truck. The engine was dirty and the roof panels were scratched. I called right away and they told me they would take a look at it when I brought it back for the dents that they had already agreed to fix prior to purchase. I brought it back 5 days after to drop it off and was told they would have it fixed with no ETA. 3 weeks later nothing was done yet and they said parts were backordered. I picked it up and 3 months later (March 2022) I was finally told all the parts had come in. I asked if my license plates were ordered since I had not received them yet and I was told that the truck needed a Smog check and they would take care of it. I asked why they never told me and he said he thought someone mentioned it to me before. On 3/26/22 I dropped off the Jeep and talked to a manager who suggested doing a trade in. I was given a loaner Jeep to try it out and see if I would like to Trade it in for that one. I went back on Sunday and to go over paper work and I was told I was $10k negative on the truck and they would talk to the manager to see what can be done and call back by 3/29. No one called me I tried talking to someone all week and finally 4/1 I talked to another salesman and sales manager who told me he would help. He then said I was actually $19k negative and suggested I do a repossession and purchase they new truck from him. I would like for them to take the truck back and pay off the loan or provide at trade with no negative impact on the trade in since this was all there fault. They admitted they rushed to make the sell and didn't inspect the 2020 Jeep Wrangler properly.
