    WHAT IS THE NATURE OF THE DISPUTE: THIS OWNER/OPERATOR GAVE MY *** VEHICLE REGISTRATION RENEWAL NOTICE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. THAT UPSET MY HUSBAND AND ME BECAUSE THE *** VEHICLE REGISTRATION RENEWAL NOTICE HAS VERY PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION ON IT WITH OUR NAME, ADDRESS, AND CAR INFORMATION, ETC.

    WHETHER OR NOT THE BUSINESS TRIED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM: THE OWNER/OPERATOR CALLED THE CUSTOMER THAT HAD OUR *** NOTICE. THE CUSTOMER SAID, "HE'S AT WORK RIGHT NOW AND HE DOESN'T KNOW WHEN HE'LL BE BACK. I'M SORRY I WILL HAVE TO GIVE YOU A CALL". MY HUSBAND WENT OVER TO THE *** TO ASK FOR A COPY OF THE *** VEHICLE REGISTRATION RENEWAL NOTICE. THE *** SAID IT WILL COST US $27 TO GET A COPY. MY HUSBAND WENT BACK TO THE SHOP AND TOLD THE OWNER/OPERATOR THAT IT WAS GOING TO COST US $27 TO GET A COPY. THE OWNER/OPERATOR SAID THE CUSTOMER WAS GOING TO COME BACK. BUT IT WAS TAKING A WHILE. MY HUSBAND COULD NOT WAIT AND SO THE OWNER/OPERATOR GAVE HIM $40 CASH TO GET THE PAPERWORK FROM THE ***. AS MY HUSBAND WAS WAITING IN LINE AT THE ***, THE OWNER/OPERATOR WALKED INTO THE *** AND SAID THE CUSTOMER CAME BACK WITH OUR ORIGINAL *** VEHICLE REGISTRATION RENEWAL NOTICE FORM. HE GAVE IT BACK TO MY HUSBAND AND MY HUSBAND RETURNED HIS $40 CASH BACK.
