    Its been 2 weeks since placing my order with this business. I have not heard anything in regards to my order. Ive been reaching out through email.     I ordered from them. I spastically if they delivered to ********. They said yes, many times. The also added ***** for shipping. After it was sent to my state I was told I had to pay ****** insurance which will be returned to me upon delivery. Paid the 100. Then was told I had to pay 100 to customs. Couldnt believe it. I refused, Ive been blocked. The emails that was given to me was nonexistent. I was a trusting fool. Im out ******

    I ordered a poster online on 10/27/22. Order #***** , total price including shipping and handling, $20.70 put on my credit card. I received an email update from them on 11/7/22 stating my item was taking longer to ship than usual. I called them on their toll free number and left a message that because of the delay , I wanted to cancel my order, as it was a gift that I would not receive in time to give. I left multiple messages on their voicemail, and on on their website "Help Line" with no response. I have received the credit card bill with the charge on it. I would just like my credit card credited for the $20.70. ( to date I have not received any response, nor product, nor credit to my credit card) Thank you for any help you may give.

    My wife, *********************, placed an order on TrippyStore,com on 9/6/22.Order # *****, paid through PayPal.It's now been 5.5 weeks and she has still not received a shipping notification.Moreover, she has already emailed the company twice and has not received any reply.
