      This complaint is against SN Serving and manager Brandon C******* who is threatening foreclosure on my wife Stephanie E******** *********, a terminally ill and disabled woman. We have the means to make payments and are only trying to modify the mortgage to start making payments once the mortgage is put into the proper name, but the servicer is refusing to work with us. It must be known and emphasized how twisted and greedy this company and its employees are. They are notorious for refusing to communicate, misappropriating payments, and pressing for expedient foreclosures. Thousands of people have been rushed out of their homes by this company, even those who were making payments! It cannot be allowed that a disabled person, whose conditions are heavily affected by stress, is told that she is unworthy and undeserving of the home she has spent her life in by an unknowing and unhelpful person working at a company 3,000 miles away, especially when we have the means to pay. He disregarded that my wife suffered from a stroke and that any bit of stress could put her at risk for another. He made it clear that he couldn’t care less about her condition or the fact that she is disabled. He refused to give us the proper options to retain our home and told us that if we can’t afford the payments we don’t deserve the house. How unconscionable does one have to be to tell someone they don’t deserve to live in their home? Everyone is one month away from losing their cars, phones, and houses since everything is bought on credit. No one really affords anything, so how do we not deserve to have a roof over our heads and to live out our lives with what little time we have left before Stephanie’s diseases overtake her? How does she not deserve to keep the only remaining vestiges of her family and the home she was born in and lived in since 1965? This house should have never gone into foreclosure and it was SN’s refusal to speak to us that put us in this situation.

      I am rejecting this response because all of the available documentation to prove the ownership of the property has been submitted but rejected by the company. There were NO efforts on their part to remedy the situation or prevent the house from going into foreclosure: no communication from the company, no letters, no calls, no emails, no callbacks, nothing. They simply would not work with us and told us that if we could not make the payments (which were incorrect) that we did not deserve the house.

      SN Servicing received an insurance check from a claim for damage to my property, made out to me and them. They said they would disburse the funds once paperwork was submitted showing the work was completed. I submitted the required paperwork on June 20, 2024 for 3 different vendors. They disbursed one insurance payment but not the other two. I have asked every single business day since then for a status and to disburse the payments but the company has not responded at all.I am requesting two disbursements: a payment to me for $7,006 for flooring work completed that I have already paid for. The other to me or Whites Heating for $1,641.85 as this invoice has not been yet.The attached itemized payout from the insurance company lists the damages from the claim and their payments for the insurance check they sent to me and SN Servicing.SN is withholding the disbursements for no apparent reason and has ceased communication on this issue. The heating company is threatening a lawsuit as they have not been paid. Thank you.

      A check was disbursed to the borrower and vendor on 6/20/24 and 7/3/24 $6747.55 and $7010.60 respectively - neither have been cashed to date but both delivered by **** tracking - again rec'd on the 22nd and on the 8th

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I appreciate the check for $7010 that was sent, however, an additional invoice of $1,641.85 that was not paid and no explanation was given for 20 days.

      I resubmitted that invoice and the other misc final invoices on 7/11/24, for a total of $2,691.23 that left from the insurance check, so hopefully there will be a quicker response this time.

      I spoke to the asset manager and I was told that the payment arrangement was made. However as of 06/13/2024 I have not heard from her. Update please.

      This complaint is in regards SN Servicing (an investor of my mortgage). They seem to think that everyone is made of money, they gave me a modfication that was twice the amount of my mortgage. Locked me out of the system so I could not send it in electronically, so when I mailed the two trial payments in to their office they stated that I defaulted and now they want to do a Note and deed of trust.This needs to be looked into with this company. thank you for your assistance.

      On or about February 13, 2008, my late mother, ******************* *****, secure a loan with CitiFinancial, ************************************************************ in the amount of *********, using her home located at ************************************************************* as collateral. My now deceased stepfather was listed as a co-borrower but never had ownership of the home.The initial loan was predatory in nature and suggested a payoff of $164,368.80 to an elderly woman of 72 years of age and her elderly spouse based on $********* in principle extended to them. I have estimated, from 2008 to her death in June of 2018, she had paid well over the principal amount borrowed. Since CitiFinancial of ****** sold this loan, this loan has been sold to various collection agencies all demanding payment, initially from our now deceased stepfather and now from me as primary heir. This account is now with ******************** that is threating to take the heirs property located at ************************************************************* based on the initial predatory loan made by CitiFinancial. The current loan is less than 20 days past due. SN Servicing Corporation is asserting a current balance of $31, ****** at an interest rate of *****% which makes it significantly difficult to reduce the principal.The collection techniques are harassing, hostile, evasive and threatening. The constant selling of the loan as soon as one company has earned money and the ongoing harassment for us to take ownership of the loan in our names as heirs of interest is relentless.Both my mother and stepfather are deceased, I have been paying the loan out of fear of losing the home and land. However, I am seeking assistance with resolving this issue once and for all. I can not continue to pay approximately $358 per month indefinitely. I believe this predatory lending has extended well beyond my deceased parents and is now crippling heirs financially.

      There are many incorrect statements made in this complaint but given it is not a secure site I do not want to divulge the privacy of this account/consumer - this has also been discussed to with this person regarding the history of the account -- if he would like to file a RESPA complaint or the representative of the estate we will provide all disputed information for their review - we are not a collection agency rather a servicer for the investor that owns his loan -

      The reply from SN Servicing Corporation appears to be a form type reply and is completely unsatisfactory. I ask SN Servicing Corporation to please advise what portion of my BBB complaint is incorrect.  I have significant documentation to support the concerns I submitted.  I ask that SN Servicing Corporation provide information on this account to the ******************** as the person initially securing the loan and the co-signer are both deceased (approximately six years ago for primary signer).  I ask that SN Servicing Corporation please take reasonable steps to protect the sensitive information, but I otherwise authorize and support release of the history of the loan to the BBB.  Lastly, I am asking SN Servicing Corporation to disclose who is the investor they are representing.  All communication from SN Servicing Corporation leads me to conclude that they are a collection agency.

      As stated previously I disagree with your dispute - I do not know where you are getting the $162,000+ in amount owed but that is incorrect - when loans are originated the interest rates is based on the industry and the credit score of the borrower's - due to the delinquency over the years a modification was given to the borrower which included waiving a sizeable amount - again if you are requesting documentation please due so by filing a RESPA complaint and our atty can assist you with all of the additional answers and supply you with all documentation requested - also as stated we are not a collection agency rather a servicing company much like the company that gave the modification in 2019 - The owner of your loan is "Igloo Series IV Trust"

      I was transferred from ************************* to SN Servicing in the middle of an Mortgage Modification in the summer of 2023. In June the process was complete and I received a modification offer from SN servicing. In the paperwork SN wanted two good faith payments in June and July by the 30 and the 31st and wanted a modification payment by August 1st. What confused me was payments due within a day of each other. This seemed like SN servicing was purposely trying to make my modification fail. I was able to complete the modification in January and called SN to inquire about the permanent mod paperwork. I was told that it will come in 2 or 3 months. On my monthly statements I show a payment due March 1st. When I called the customer service representative stated that since your modification started August 1st the statements date is wrong and you owe on february 1st. If that is the case I am already behind after completing a successful modification payment plan. I am asking for SN to make my payment due date match my statement due date so I dont already fall behind when I receive my permanent mod.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have asked that my current payments match the statements I receive. When I started with SN I paid by the 30th or 31st of the month. So my statement reads due March 1st. When I called inquiring about the final modification paperwork I was told my payments are almost one month behind so when I pay on the last day of the month I am close to 30 days late after I completed a successful 6 month modification trial payment plan.

      I am in bankruptcy protection and my attorney contacted me saying s,n servicing has not been crediting my monthly payments. S,n servicing is claiming I owe approximately $6 in back payments. Only problem, all payments are accounted for and bank statements have been forwarded to attorney. Also s,n servicing is holding money back from insurance payout that needs to be paid to repair company. This company is either corrupt, incompetent, inept or all the above.

      I received a class action settlement check from SN Servicing Corp in April 2023. I noticed the check only had my first name on it. I went inside bank and they would not accept it. I called and emailed the information on their website. They said they would look into this in May. I heard nothing. I then tried to deposit it at ATM. It went thru, but 3 days later, I received a letter that money was taken back out of my account because of stale date. I had 6 months from April check date to cash it. This was in July, which was within the 6 months. It was not stale date. I went inside my bank and banker called their bank. They were supposed to look into it. Nothing was done. I have numerous emails saved and phone calls made and no one has done anything. I then contacted the class action attorneys and was told Check would be reissued. I then got email saying it would NOT be reissued because cutoff was October. I contacted them in May, June July, September November and December and nothing. I feel they do this so they can keep the settlement funds for the business and attorneys. I have all emails and responses. This was from ******* vs SN Servicing Corp settlement. They have blatantly ignored me after they said they would look into this and reissue check. There appears to be a lot of non workers or potential fraud

      My mother ******************************* had an account with this company because it was sold to servicing Corporation. My mom passed away June of 2019. My daughter lived with her and started making payments at that time. She has made payments through money gram for this whole time of 7 years which was 1st ************ servicing then went to Community loan servicing, then went to the company it is now servicing corporation. The payments made through 2019- 2022 all say they are in transit through money gram which means is not mistaken is payments were accepted just never applied to account. But community loan serving did receive them according to money gram. They have now started a foreclosure process due to them saying no payments have been made. But they have $16000 worth. We have till January 24th to pay it off or the foreclosure will stand and we will have to move off a property we have live at for 30+ years. How can they do this
