    Beware of this tree service company dishonest pricing, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior.We hired this company to remove two tall pine trees and a row of bushes after receiving a written estimate for $1500 ($1200 for the trees and $300 for the bushes). After comparing a few local tree removal companies, we decided to move forward with them based on this quote.The crew showed up with 3-4 workers and the proper tree removal equipment. After working an entire day, they told my husband the job was "more work than expected" and that they would need to return. A few days later, they came back and finished removing the two trees, but completely skipped the bushes that were part of the original agreement.Instead of calling us to discuss, the worker approached my father-in-law (who was not involved) and demanded additional money to remove the bushes. We were out of town but called the crew leader, who was extremely rude and even called us "ungrateful" for questioning the change in price after work was already completed. At that point, my husband told them to leave.If you're looking for reliable, honest, and professional tree removal services, I highly recommend choosing another company. This experience was frustrating, and they did not honor their original tree removal estimate.Shady pricing tactics, last-minute price changes, and zero accountability are not how a professional tree company should operate.
