    I ordered a servo motor for my trolling motor and the payment cleared my credit card but I did not receive the product I paid for. I emailed them but this second time it won't go thru.

    I cant get through for confirmation of sale they sure take your money easily and then give you the run around. It shouldn't be on the internet. This is an inconvenience for me!!! ********

    Your order has been cancelled.  The credit card was not charged, just authorized and it sometimes takes a few days to fall off.  You will not see an actual refund, you will see the original charge disappear.

    I purchased (order #*******) FMS Airplane Holder V2 in May. The money $80.27 was immediately transacted out of my bank account using apple pay. The item was then reported to be backordered. I was notified it would ship in June when the stock arrived. I trusted the business and decided to wait. June passed. I have had no update from the business. Upon research, it appears this is a common occurrence. I will now pursue all avenues of reporting to recover my $80.27 from what I fear may be a fraudulent business practice by this company. Please return my funds and I will cease pursuing my loss and concern.Thank you

    On 1/21/23 I ordered a pair of white boat trailer fenders they were to be in stock. 1/22/23 they were backorder and it would be two weeks. On 1/26/23 they billed my credit card. I still didn't receive any merchandise. They have not responded to my emails I can't find a phone number. I want the order cancelled and the money credited back to my card. I can't give you a tracking number because I never got one or any email saying it was shipped. I would appreciate any help you can give me on this matter.

    I ordered 8 tubes of *************** acryl-r on October 11th. Received an email October 12th stating it's on backorder for 2 weeks. On October 17th full payment of $214.99 was deducted from my card. I emailed ******************************** a request for a full refund today November 6th, because I still have not received the product nearly 4 weeks from my order date. There has been no followup from them about any further delay of providing a product I paid for already. I want a full refund.
