1 starAm I able to give 0 stars...Sadly NO :(Where to start?! We purchased our solar from Sunrun and they contracted Freedom to do the installation. They punctured our roof and ceiling and we had leaks upon the first rainy season. We had to end up going through our ******************** to have our roof replaced and ceiling repaired. Here we are a few years later and have the same issues. It has been almost 6 months and coming up to the rainy season AGAIN and although they have PATCHED the roof, this is not a fix to the problem. How many pictures do they need ... how many people do you have to send to my home to inspect and have them tell you the same thing...the roof needs to be replaced AGAIN due to incompetent installers!This is completely unacceptable and we are beyond frustrated.FIX YOUR PROBLEM! REPLACE THE ROOF AND REPAIR THE INTERIOR OF MY HOME BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS BEFORE YOUR INSTALLERS PUNCTURED MY CEILING AND ROOF!

5 starsOver all Freedom Solar is by far the best. From start to finish everyone is so professional, , polite, and really seems to care, from the sales to the installers none better. Now to the service team...wow, helped me with all my questions a d went far above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with all the answers a d made sure I understood everything. My service person was ****** and wow what a special person she is to put with me and all my questions and problems. Very caring and walked me through everything. She us the best.. thank you is not enough to say. If I ever need help I will always ask for ******
