              We have tried contacting the company for weeks regarding a transfer receipt for new buyers of our home. Left countless messages from myself, broker, and lender - and even visited the brick and mortar address to no prevail. We cannot close our loan until this transfer receipt is given or confirmed for the new buyers, and there lack of response for this long is unacceptable.

              So disappointing! Some years ago, I had a wonderful experience with Natural Energy - I bought 14 panels. Since then, I have had to call their Tech directly to find anyone to take my call, even to buy more panels. Recently, I have been unable to reach anyone at all. The numbers on their web site are either no longer valid numbers, or you leave a message and no one calls back. Last week, after trying for several months, I finally reached a real person who made an appointment to send out a salesperson - I want a few more panels and a storage battery. She made the appointment for two weeks out, and the salesperson never called back, and never showed up on the appointed date. Completely unreliable company.
