1 starWe have been a long-term customer of ********************** (and before them a prior company that Kennedy bought out to expand). The only of their services that we utilized was to have them replenish three rodent stations. We could do easily do it ourselves, but for $48.00 per quarter, it wasn't worth the bother. That changed when we received a letter stating that there would be a 50% rate increase. Upon receipt I called their General Manager who basically told me that he was "losing money every time he went out there". Which is pure bunk because we live in a very centralized location and they spend 5 minutes *** for each visit. In my opinion, this reflects VERY poorly on Kennedy's customer service and loyalty towards their customers. For them it is clearly all about money and the customer (who has been loyal to them for over 20 years) be damned.Review fromDavid H

Kennedy Pest did a termite inspection on our house in escrow and we hired them to do a termite service. We thought that we were happy with the service until termites started appearing during the first year. They refused to honor the one-year warranty. They don't care about customer satisfaction at all. Find another company!

Kennedy Pest Control did do a treatment for subterranean termites in an interior wall plumbing access on 4/20/2022, that treatment comes with a one year warranty for the area treated. During the process of remodeling the home, the home owner opened up a previously inaccessible wall void in the master bedroom of the home and found evidence of subterranean termites. We went out and inspected the new area on 3/23/2023. This area was not treated prior and therefore is not under any warranty. We gave the owner a bid to treat the termites in the new area and offered to give him a discounted price because we had done work on the home in the past, this offer was refused.
