      I was charged 4 co-pays for an office visit on 10/3/23. While it was my first visit to this location, I had been a patient at another area location prior. Both locations had my secondary insurance on file to cover the co-pays. I received a bill for the 4 co-pays, even though insurance had been provided. I called billing to remind them of my secondary insurance, to which I was told they were still in the process of billing secondary insurance. I later received a bill for 2 of the 4 co-pays (again, all for the same date of service). When I called billing again on 2/7/24, she saw that I had secondary insurance and told me to disregard. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told a message was sent. I called on 2/8 and was told the supervisor was out for the day. I called on 2/9 and left another message. I called 2/13 and left another message. I called on 2/14 to explain it had been a week since initially called, with no response. The problem is 1-being billed for copays when they clearly had my secondary insurance available and 2-calling to voice my complaint and a week has gone by with no attempt to reach out.
