NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!They will scam you! If you are referred by your insurance company, please please ask for a different company~ Don't let them on your property or let them leave anything on your property that is their way of falsely billing you if you DONT go through with filing a claim. They will then try filing a BOGUS 20 day lien on your home & start receiving harassing phone calls!!!Please, please BEWARE!!!

This is a bogus review and NOT our customer. She lives in ** and this ******************** review is for the ********* market. There are over ***** ServiceMaster Franchises so its important to make sure a review is accurate to the correct business.

Warning! If you use this company you are putting yourself at risk of getting burned. These people proved to be complete scum bags. Starting with, *********************, the person who worked with my insurance company to collect payments, and *******************, whom I believe is their head of construction. They were having an issue receiving payments that had to go through my mortgage company. I worked closely with ********************* to ensure they were paid. When the ServiceMaster management team learned we were selling our home after construction, instead of working with me, they decided in a management meeting to put a lien on my home without telling **** found out just before my escrow closed (as if closing isn't stressful enough). I was forced to pay them through escrow and chase my mortgage company for $40,000. They put the lien on my home 30 days before I found out. Had I known, I could have saved a lot of stress at the close of escrow. *********************, who was extremely communicative with me when she needed me, but then ghosted my calls and emails the moment they placed the lien on my property. From the owners, whom I believe to be *******************, *****************************, ***********************, and ******** ***, to their Accounts Receivable Manager, ***********************. The whole company was in on it and couldn't care less what they were doing to a good customer. Decisions like this one tell you a lot about the character of the people who run this company. They'll get you if they can without a second thought.

This customer tried to sell their house without paying ** for all the work done on their home and keep the money paid to them from their insurance company without paying us. If we had not found out and put a lien in time for it then we would have had not protection and would have been forced to pursue this through the court system for several years. We would not have been able to get our money from the new owners. This is precisely why the lien system is in place to protect contractors from this being done to them. If this customer didnt want to deal with a lien then he should have paid us in full before trying to sell his home first and try to get away with our hard earned money.

This company has questionable practices, if not a scam operation in one or more of their business activities. They charged me for a site visit that was hired by our insurance company which then used their report to deny our claim, and reported me to a collection agency and threatened to ruin my credit report for a whopping $200. Did not succumb to their threats, ********************* refused to pay their invoice so they billed **, all after almost six months. Have heard nothing from the collection agency for several months now so believe the issue is resolved. I have never filed a complaint with the BBB, but believe potential customers might want to reconsider doing business with this company. The company is Franchise #****.

This customer is being very disingenuous in leaving out material facts in their false accusations. We were not hired by their insurance company, we were hired by this customer who agreed to pay us. Once their insurance company made a coverage decision to deny their claim, then the customer was responsible to pay us for the work we performed. They chose to not pay any of their bill even though we provided work and had to pay our employees to produce the inspection and report. This customer refused to pay us anything. To add insult to injury this false review was filed to try and injure us further. We will defend our excellent reputation against these false claims.
