    I pre-ordered 3 Funko's on Jan 1 2025. They were estimated to be shipped March/April 2025. I have sent 5 emails to their customer service email asking for an update and have had no response. I've also messaged them on Instagram and ******** multiple times. I'm worried that the items will now be sold out at other stores if I try to buy them elsewhere.

    I made two transactions which were not fulfilled and made various attempts to get my products. I have grown tiresome and at this point am just seeking a full refund on products not received. it is very frustrating to no get full cooperation from who we think are a trusted company. I guess I should have came here to see the reviews and have not placed the orders I did.

    I placed multiple orders on diverse dates for collectible items being offered for sale as pre-orders from Ferrara market Inc. The items ordered have been issued and available for sale for over a year and as of this date I have not received any items. I have been emailing the company requesting a refund if the items are not available and have received a response each time assuring me that the items are going to be sent. The website now reads that it is currently unavailable. Unfortunately I do not have specific dates and amounts because I can not access my order history on the site but the order #'s are listed below.     This company is fraudulent. I placed an order on March 16, 2024, which they have never shipped out. I reached out to their customer service multiple times over the following few months and was consistently told to wait. They shut down their website in May, which I complained about but was told to keep waiting and that the shutdown was because they were busying dealing with disputes.In July, they completely deactivated their customer service email. Every time I send an email, I get a bounce back message from Gmail. So now I cannot even reach out to them. Their customer service phone number is also non active. Their social media accounts still exist but there has not been any activity since last year.

    I ordered a spider-punk figure sometime around July after the release of the second spider verse movie. Over a year has passed now with no results. Ive now since moved from the location my package was set to deliver to. I wanted to try and go back to that website to get the order information and I just found out that the website is gone and most likely my money

    I placed an order on June 29, 2023 which included pre-order items due to release August 2023. It is now yearly a year later and I still have not received my items. I have reached out several times to to customer service and still they can't tell me when my items will be delivered. They have fulfilled half my order but two items are still unaccounted for: two (2) NECA Gargoyles Steel Clan Robot action figures.

    I pre-ordered items from the website a year ago and was checking on the status since the website didn't update another time frame and one of the items has been long sold out. I emailed and called to get a status and no response. It seems like this is happening to a lot of customers like me.

    All of your items got pushed back by our vendor again. We are actively trying to find more vendors that we can work with to get these items in as other retailers have it and I have had enough with our vendor. Also like always is the case if the vendor cancels we will refund you.

    I have three unfulfilled transactions from 2023 from this company. One was from March 30th (partially fulfilled) One was from April 13th (unfulfilled) and one is from July 23rd (pre-order). Right now the total outstanding is $254.These items were supposed to have shipped last year and I understand delays as I used to work for a toy company. However, every other retailer has shipped these items months and months ago (except for the 7/23/23 order which is due to ship in July of 2024).I attempted multiple times to communicate with them over and over via phone and email and text message. It wasn't until I stated that I was taking this to the better Business bureau and the ********** attorney general and The Federal trade commission that they responded to any of my communications. They then started to work with me. Sent me one item that I had been waiting on, And they were speaking to me about other items and said they would get back to me after a nice back and forth. I touch base again and then waited a month before I reached out again and then waited two more weeks and reached out again via email and text. They have since gone silent again. All I want is for my orders to be canceled and for my money to be returned to me so that I can move on with my life. Even though one of the orders is an unshipped pre-order, I no longer trust this company to be able to fulfill it, And after being a customer since 2018, would now prefer to take my business somewhere else.

    I am rejecting the business' response as they have yet to resolve the issues, and after their April 12 response have once again gone silent. I emailed them over a month after their last communication on May 23rd. I was responding to yet another marketing email that they continued sending.  On June 23rd, I received yet another marketing email, which I responded to, stating that I have decided to return to the BBB because I was getting nowhere. I guess the mention of the BBB again inspired them to respond the next day from a supposedly "unmonitored email" and that I should reach out to their main email address. I did, requesting a response to my status inquiries, and demanding a refund if the products they kept on insisting would be stuffing soon (they've been telling me this for almost a year), were not finally shipped out. I once again received another excuse, and after all of this time, no longer have patience. I would like a refund for all of the money from my outstanding orders. I've now filed another complaint with the BBB, as well as the California ************************ and the *************************

    I have had issues with Ferrara Market with no less than 3 of my 5 total orders with the store since 2021, where I often PRE-ORDER items but never receive all of them.After 18+ months of waiting, and much negotiating, I convinced one credit card company to reimburse me for the unfulfilled items. I am not asking for *that* money, but including that detail to show there is a pattern of bad business practice. I also know other customers as well who have been slighted by this company and have yet to receive items after multiple years.I have contacted Ferrara Market for updates/asking to cancel orders that have gone far beyond reasonable expectations. Most emails were met with no reply. Those I did receive contained punting excuses re warehouse problems, and blaming manufacturers. The fact is, Ferrara Market takes money from consumers and does not deliver on their promise to follow through. I have waited 2.5 yrs for one pre-order, and 1 yr for items that were listed as IN STOCK at date of purchase. Below are order details. I can supply emails exchanged with the company, if needed:ORDER #***** PLACED: 3/14/23 STATUS: Partially fulfilled. Never received 2 items totaling: $54.99 + (3.99 tax) = $58.98 ORDER: #***** PLACED: 8/6/21 STATUS: Partially fulfilled. Never received 2 items totaling = $114.17 (tax incl)Grand total = $173.15

    Hi i show that you are only owed 2 scratchy's from the ********* which is a total of $58.98 as you did a chargeback as well like you said above. We can offer you $100 store credit for in stock items only. You are right everything we have said are excuses you know a an employee steals and sells stuff on **** (our fault) my wife had a heart attack (again not your problem) . Road to our warehouse washed out (not your problem either) again delays happen but again none of this is your problem. You won a chargeback against us. You are only owed 2 items.

    Thank you for replying. As much as I'd love to accept your offer and move on with my life -- I have to decline for the following reasons:

    First, you are incorrect on what I am owed, but I understand why it may be confusing I have 4 orders listed under my Ferrara Account; going off that list (given the $125.47 chargeback on the items I never received) it would appear I am only owed the 2 scratchy's for the $*****. *However* I made a purchase on 8/6/21 as a guest (before I had created an account with your store/app) -- that is NOT listed in my account's order list. That outlier order is #*****. I've emailed you about this order numerous times so there is record. I also have confirmations which I already sent to BBB. That order contains a few of the same items as the #***** chargeback order.

    For #*****, I received a partially fulfilled order, but never received a NECA Wolfman figure or a 1/4 scale ********* that I purchased during a summer 40% promotion. I've attached the screenshot of that order to this reply (I'm not sure if you, Ferrara Market, will see that? But BBB will).

    Second, as much as I appreciate the $100 credit offer for in-stock items... I don't trust that I won't have issues receiving new purchases. The fact that my 2 scratchies were listed as IN STOCK, and still have never made it to me is enough for me to request that you please just issue a refund for the ***** (scratchies) AND the ********* & ******* (at 40% off) + tax that I paid you. Equaling the total amount in my initial complaint.

    Last, I am sorry for all the trouble you've endured. Since I made these purchases my wife was in the hospital, too. And now we have a baby and I need every cent to weather the coming months as my industry is in bad turmoil. We all have issues, I hope you get yours figured out. Truly. I just want what I'm owed. Thank you

    Oh I totally understand your opinion on the matter, but as you know our terms are our terms no refunds no cancellation's after 72 hours of your purchase we are way outside of that as you know. Also I get you made an order as a guest as well, so instead I will offer you $200 in store credit as you are only owed $173.15 so the choice is yours, but there will be no Refunds sorry for any inconvenience.

    Again, I reiterate I would LOVE to accept a reasonable offer and move on with my life, but I cannot accept this for the following:
    1- Your follow-through as a business is tainted and garbage. I do not trust you will deliver *anything* you sell because I have had issues with 3 out of my 5 orders at your store.
    2- Aside from the fact that you did NOT deliver IN STOCK items (Scratchy figures), your offer of "$100 (or even $200) store credit on in stock items" is pretty useless: I looked at your site... Most figures/collectibles are preorder only, or have a date that says "will arrive in 2023" which we're well past (so is that a pre-order? Is that in stock? Who knows! You seem to make whatever rules/terms you want). So that being said, you don't have a good selection, and I don't trust I'll receive them anyway. This is not a viable solution.

    Lastly, it's pretty telling that not once in your replies have you actually offered to, I don't know... FOLLOW THROUGH ON DELIVERY OF THE ***** I BOUGHT FROM YOU. Because I don't know how you sleep at night taking customer money MONTHS and MONTHS in advance of a pre-order, then hiding behind a pretty cowardly "terms are our terms" no refunds argument after your business fails to uphold the MOST BASIC OF TERMS of *any* transaction -- supplying the customer the product(s) or services they purchased. Your cavalier attitude about this is truly mind-boggling. Especially seeing how many people have had similar issues, and end up right here on BBB's site. It's eye-opening as to what kind of business you're comfortable running.

    So, I will offer you two solutions I will accept: A) Deliver my missing items (don't care if you have to pay full consumer prices -- find a way, follow thru), or... the cheaper, less time-consuming option for you - just refund me the discounted price of I paid ($173.15).

    Purchased these items March 11, 2023. I paid $265.69 for two Lego sets. I have emailed and left voice messages and the business has yet to return my calls or email me back. I tried to get a reimbursement back through Zip, which is what I used to pay the business. The business told them that the items should be available soon. Its been a year and no pre-order should take this long. I also think they have changed the language on their site since I remember seeing a date on there. They have also sent no updates what so ever. Many businesses have already received these items and yet they have not. They are selling items pre-order and giving no updates or giving the merchandise to the customer. In my opinion, they stole my money and other customers who may have also purchased pre sold items. Order number from the site is: #*****

    Hi *********, we are a little confused as we do not show any emails from you this year the last email we have which we answered back in Oct. 2023. We change dates on our website as the vendor changes things, they do not tell us that dates have changed at all. Which is also stated on our website and the items themselves. If you would like to switch your items for in stock items we have no problem doing that for you. As you now our terms are no refunds after 72 hours of your purchase. Thank you and have a great day.
