ond 04/23/2021 i hired green law tax group to file and resolve all my back tax **** this process was supposed to take 365 days in 2022 i called demanding my money back i dont remember the date i called but they convinced me it would take another six months sense that time my husband has been in and out of hospitals seriously ill and i have not had time to deal with much other than taking care of him and maintaining my job at one point i did try to call but was told the number i called was not for greenlaw but some honest tax group recently the state has taken from my bank account for 2016 back taxes which should have been included in this agreement they also said i owed for 2017 as well i had to set up a payment arrangement so i decided to call the irs to see if they atleast settled my federal tax **** and they said i have twenty three thousand dollars in unpaid taxes and has never recieved a payment from greenlaw so i disputed with my bank but they said its past the contract date this money came from an inheritance a once in a life time opportunity that not everyone gets and i thought i was doing the right thing and now i cant afford to hire anyone else or pay the back taxes i just want my money back to pay them my selfInitial Complaint

This company promised help with irs. Has taken tens of thousands from my bank account. Plus holds an additional ****** plus as offer to irs to settle. The year has long passed, they have not held up their end. They have not returned phone calls from the beginning. They do not return emails. I have revoked power of attorney given and ask for the offer to be returned, as well as a refund for services promised but not delivered. They should be shut down. In July 2020 we were contacted by Greenlaw tax, they had told us that they could resolve out *** debit, we signed the proper paperwork, and set up a debit out of our checking account the amount for us to have them resolve this was $4500. they took installments monthly until the amount was reached. We stayed in contact with them all the time, they reassured us to not worry about anything that we would receive by the **** Then in Nov 2021 they said we were going into arbitration with the **** This all happened so fast. They said that the *** was forgiving us $34,017.52 dollars, and that we would have to pay $8886.00. It was set up through ******************** payment we were to pay $326.98 a month until paid off. We were pleases, we also had to have our tax returns done by them for 5 years, and we had to pay taxes every year. We were fine with that. Here is where I am upset, I do not think they have gotten in touch with the **** because according to them they say we still owe them $ *********. We keep getting interest statements and the amount keeps growing, I have attempted to contact ****** and *** about these *** charges, and have had no luck in getting a response from them. I want the *** to know that this was disputed, and that we did not owe anything else except what the payments were set up for. I feel like they just never contacted *** about the situation. I want this amount to come off our *** record, because according to what we were told this was resolved on 11-19-2021. We will still have them do our taxes as was told in the arbitration, and follow the other orders for this ************* Act *** Abatement Hearing and Resolution Form. We were happy with the service, just felt it was not fully completed on their end. So if the *** could be contacted and told of this situation, we would be very happy, and we would like to receive a statement from the *** that this has been resolved.Business Response

Our third party has been working with the Morrisons and explained to them that we can get them in CNC. This program will wipe out their debt and they will never had to pay on it. There are some things that have to be done before that can happen. Its a little frustrating to hear that "We are no where closer that we were," We find that to be an exaggeration and frankly untrue.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: They still never explained to ** about the $8886.00 that they charged **, But they did contacted UCFS and that amount of "the Loan" as they say it is, is now closed. So we are getting a refund for the 16 months of the "LOAN" we paid on to ********************************** I am still like WHAT LOAN ??? It was suppose to be payments to the **** I called UCFS myself, on May 5th, 2023 and talked with them personally. SO they told me we were getting the refund not Green *** tax. Now, that 1/2 of our money is coming back, We are requesting our $4500.00 back for *** TAX resolution as stated on our contracts. WE have complied with everything that they have asked from **, however, they have not kept up with their end of their responsibilities listed in Section 2 of the contract, also the contract was breeched from the date that it was signed the 2nd time on 10/08/2020, it expired on 10/08/2021 365 days after the date that is says on the contract and they supposedly went to arbitration with the *** on 11/19/2021. 38 days after the expiration of the contract/ This was after the contract expired, and they sold our legal services to UCFS, pretending to tell ** that we owed the *** $8886.00 and not providing the services they said they were to do for **, But telling UCFS that it was for legal fees, Which we had already paid in the amount for $4500.00. Now they want ** to do a CNC and have ** put a 10 year lien on our house so we won't pay the tax, ever, Why would we put a lien on our home? What if something happens, then we are frozen for 10 years. This is their solution for **. We contacted the Inspector General of the ****************** in ************* and we are waiting for someone to contact **. We have already submitted all the documents, paperwork, and e-mails to them and have received a letter back telling ** someone will be contacting ** about this case of tax debt fraud. We also have sent the same documents, paperwork, and e-mails to ********************* who is the State of ************ Attorney General. We are awaiting for a response from them as well. We also sent the same to the *************************** We have been scammed, and want our $4500.00 back that we paid for services that were never completed plain and simple.

Green law tax group was suppose to help me with my *** bill. I was told that I had to give 300 a month. And i did since march2022 I would call and try to get information and I was told it takes time I finally got a letter from the *** of the same bill when I tried contacting all the numbers and emails I had of the suppose to be lawyers and none of the numbers worked. I pretended to be someone else needing help and I was given a number to contact them and when I did I let this person know who I was and I felt like I was being robbed they hung up on me and now I'm being contacted from their attorney named **** who has no idea

This business is a robo calling scam F***t I was told by today he was an attorney for green law and he can help me get a refund I have recorded conversations with them The are scamming people once you pay them the delete all contacts and emails I didn't wanna no longer speak to ** **** because he wasn't helping me he still offered me to move forward with paying them. I have contacted the *** and they never heard of them also greenlaw never send me proof of documents the had been working with the *** on my case all they wanted was my money I caught on to them once *** sent me the letter that my bill was the same amount and that's when I told *** I have attorneys working on my case I was told from the agent well you must have been scammed I immediately contacted my bank and explained what was going on the told me they can only give me 900 back greenlaw had gotten contacted by my bank and showed the paperwork I authorized the payment in the very beginning which I did because I thought they were gonna help me these scammers are really good at getting people to believe them please look on******* im not the only person with this problem how is it that I can't get nobody on the phone that I use to speak with now I only speak with **** please help me investigate he is lying I didn't wanna contact him anymore because he is lying I have recorded messages

It's obvious the company is definitely not professional in the name calling and lies. I never told this company I couldn't feed my children! Let's correct their lies what I said was I want a refund the minute I found that they weren't helping me! MY Exact words were how can you steal from a single mother with kids. This has been going on about a year or so. I was high presured to get a loan to pay them up front, They made many promises and i still have yet to here from them.

I have been taken advantage of to the tune of two loans for about $ 15,000 total.
I have been paying on them all this time thinking something is going to happen soon...
nothing at all.
no emails , no calls answered, nothing.
I am therefor stopping any future payments for these loans as i cant afford to pay for nothing.
This company is a scam and takes advantage of people for there on benefit.
No more scams in my life.... i am over the dishonesty that is prevelant everywhere.
Please help assist me in recovering all of what i paid for these loans.
