1 starI ordered 3 bags. My dog's food was "shipped" on 11/14. It is 11/21 and nothing yet. I have called every day asking where the food is and get the same 3 to 7 business days. It seems there are no deliveries over the weekend. I received a message on my phone that my dog's food would arrive 11/19. That obviously did not happen. By my count it has been 5 days plus 2 days. I was just informed that now the food would arrive on 11/24. According to earth time, that is 10 days total for the dog food to arrive, maybe....unless it doesn't. I may not bother with this company after this nightmare is over.

5 starsI have Cane Corsos I feed them raw food but I needed another option also. Freeze dried food is exspensive plan and simple especially for big dogs. I recently tried to cancel my shipment cause I lost one of my dogs and I order alot of food, around $500 amonth. They sent the shipment already I was fine with my fault, but gave me a refund with in a day. I will recommend this company cause I lost a month careing for a sick pup and loosing a member of my family we had for 10yrs.Ultimate Pet Nutrition

1 starI placed a 1x order to try it and my dog refused to eat it. Before I knew it. I get an email charging me for the next order. I didn't order a second order! Now they want to make a deal. Pay 30% less or pay for shipping return of product. What a scam. They get your info and continue sending more product and charges...Ultimate Pet Nutrition

1 starUltimate Pet Nutrition has the worst website I have ever encountered! I order and the orders get cancelled. I chat online with them and get dropped as they can answer or solve the problem. One time I was dropped by 3 different chat experts! I have emailed support numerous times. They say wait ***** hours for a response--it has been weeks to over a month and NO RESPONSE!!! I have spoken with so called supervisors and they can't help either. What the....??? *** **** needs to rethink his endorsement! I have patient since September, but this is ridiculous!!!Ultimate Pet Nutrition

3 starsPros: My dog loves it and my fingers are crossed that shes getting the right ingredients for canines as its freeze-dried. Much more energy and award-winning poops. In 2 days.Cons: Incredibly expensive. Pitch is overwhelming. Calm down guys. Its great that youre making a ton of money, but its too aggressive. Too many products and deals thrown in customers faces at one time, making the whole thing seem scamish even if it isnt. I want to just get in there and order ONE BAG.Ultimate Pet Nutrition

Response from seller is too vague and doesnt begin to offer a solution to the onslaught the buyer has to go through every time he/she wants to place an order. Its beyond annoying and I have not seen evidence of the company improving any of it.Review fromRoger P

1 starI think they put me on a subscription I did not want,because I got a shipment I did not order, also I did order some treats I haven't received and it been a long time. My dogs love the food but it's way to expensive. I will try to stop the subscription but I have read that they are hard to get in touch with.I have read alot of reviews and I don't think I'll buy anymore food from themUltimate Pet Nutrition

1 starUltimate Pet Nutrition is either a scam company or totally inept. I have ordered some items from them to receive pet food that is totally not what I ordered and Ive been charged for what they sent. I have two small dogs and have initially order small treats, and a supplement powder. Both these things are VERY expensive. They have sent the wrong thing a few times requiring me to send back the items and wait for a return. The latest items were a cost of ***** dollars, and I cant spend that much on treats, and treats that my dogs cant use.. I call the company and they tell me thats what *** ordered. No- I have a toy breed I would not order large treats made for bigger dogs. It is such a hassle to which I even have to pay to send the items back for their mistake. Now- my dogs wont get treats because Im not going to do this anymoreUltimate Pet Nutrition

2 starsi got suckered in much like the ********* ***** spiel....this stuff is prohibitively expensive. i am going to make my own. i would like to add that when you do the subscription then try to cancel it, good luck. there's no way to do it online which feels like a scam to keep you suckered in. you have to call to cancel.Ultimate Pet Nutrition

5 starsOur dogs LOVE the food. Very easy to use and they eat every bite! One of our dogs has a skin condition and we are watching to see if this food helps with that. Regardless, they love it and are thriving.Ultimate Pet Nutrition

2 starsMy dogs love the food. The problem is getting it delivered. The order processing and shipping is very unreliable and inconsistent. I have a monthly subscription. The delivery changes every month. I keep running out of food. It is beyond frustrating!Ultimate Pet Nutrition
