If you struggle to accomplish navigating the bureaucratic process of filling a VA claim then REE Medical can help you accomplish this for a fee. They were very professional and they kept me on task so I could get this done. I had been meaning to re-file my claim, but every time I went to the VA website I was overwhelmed by the process so a friend referred me to these guys and I got it done in about a month (I did pay for the expedited process because I was on a time crunch).

I would like to preface this by saying that i am not happy about writing negative comments about ree medical. I initially contacted Vet Link solutions for assistance with a claim. When it was time for my exam i was told that i would be going through Ree medial. I did some research and was thoroughly impressed by their reviews and ******* videos. I had my exam in January 2024, I was told by my case manager that the process after that would take 60 - 90 days. I was getting updates each month for 2 months and then i noticed that they stopped. In April i sent a message to my case manager and he told me that my file had be transferred to another person. I contacted this person via text and was told that she would contact the medical team for an update since i had been a while since my exam. It is now May and i have received no updates on my file. I sent a message via text a week ago and no response from the new case worker. I am simply asking for an update on my case so i can figure out if i need to continue to wait or move on. I dont want to lose my intent to file date that we established in September.

I had a wonderful experience with REE. After being recommended by another vet who had just went through the process, I decided to go for it at a 50% rating. I reached out and was told guaranteed at least 70% or 100%. I followed all of their specific directions regarding doctors and VA contact (DO NOT RESPOND TO ** during this process), and within three months I went from 50 to 100%. Yes, it may cost a little bit of money, but it is so worth it in the end. The staff was extremely kind and helpful during the entire process in 2021. I have since recommended several people who have also gotten to 100%. I paid $1k up front and $1k IF I was approved an increase. Thanks REE Medical!

************* In 2021-2022 they said they could help on my preexisting knee problems and go from 40% to 70 or 80%. Basically paid $2000 up front, went to their doctor, submitted forms, ***s and followed their instructions to the letter. In short, I was denied an increase because I did not go to the VAs medical exam, which Ree Medical specifically told me do since the VA exams would always be a lowball amount, but is required by the VA. In fact, not going to your VA medical exam is grounds for the claim being dismissed since youre not letting them collect evidence of your condition. Ree Medical gave me some form to send to the VA about how their exam was just as good, but legally only the VA or the doctors the VA contracts out to can perform said exams. Afterwards they told me that it was part of the process and that they would also appeal the decision. Their way of appealing it was to contact another company and send out a mass produced form about how the VA has to consider exams by doctors outside of their organization. Unfortunately for me, the VA had already done that when they considered that because I didnt go to their required exam that they were not going to trust some random review without confirming the findings, likewise the *** I filled out, which anyone can write anything they like on it. Obviously the appeal was denied too. After failing miserably I asked for a refund and only received half the money back and reminded that each of their emails says their results are not guaranteed, they are not a medical organization, and that every email they sent has a disclaimer on it. Later on, I found out all they stuff they did could have been done at no charge by other organizations or even be done by yourself. What a horrible and costly ordeal to go through.
