    Their customer service was outstanding. They readily provided plenty of samples which got to me very quickly. Worked with one person who followed up and was always helpful during my decision making process. The floors were shipped on time and the shipping company was also flexible and helpful. We have not yet installed the floors as they are part of an upcoming **** project.

    Loved the idea that I was able to reach sales direct and not wait on hold. No middleman. ***** was excellent. Very personable, knowledgeable and eager to help. Quick turnaround time getting product delivered to CO. I ordered late Friday. I had schedule delivery to my home and still received it by the next Friday morning. My son installed the vinyl plank flooring and I love it!!!

    I ordered luxury vinyl floors from Cali Bamboo LLC for my master bedroom and bathrooms. They are absolutely beautiful. I researched several companies before I purchased the floors. I worked with one of their representatives, telling them what I was looking for and what they needed to match. They sent me several samples to help me make the decision. Once I decided which floor I was going with, they calculated how much flooring I needed to purchase. The whole process from ordering to delivery was seamless. I am very impressed.
