    Hello,We rented a dozer to them several months ago, and the invoice remains unpaid. Their initial excuse was that the salesperson we dealt with was no longer with the company. Since then, theyve continued to blame their accounting and accounts payable department for the delay.Weve made numerous attempts to contact both their team and upper management, but theres been no resolution. Weve informed them we are filing a formal complaint through ARAs Equipment Rental Guard (ERG) program. While this isnt a case of equipment theft, we believe the refusal to pay for services rendered is just as serious.Were sharing this as a cautionary note to others in the industryplease stay vigilant.
