  Ordered on their website. And never received my order. It took a month to say the order was delivered.i never recieved my order. I emailed several times and they avoided me. Tried to get a refund and got NOTHING!!!!

  Cleverly scammed me by just adding a hyphen to their official website (which I had no idea what the official website is until after the fact) and claiming liquidation sale. The prices were unbelievably low but I had the impression that it is due to store closing. I received order receipt email as well as tracking information. I did not expect stuff to ship from ***** which is where my first indication of scam/mistake began. It claimed that package was delivered and upon multiple attempts to contact the merchant I was left feeling frustrated. In hindsight I see that it showed a different name on the bank transaction and the email address had changed on their website in the middle of all of this. My first email had bounced off so I sent again to the new ID and heard back from a whole different id that seemed like AI replies. Beware and spread the word. Never shop from ****************************************

  Worst experience EVER in dealing with trying to receive cancellation confirmation from a company. I used Affirm to pay for a large item in which I was granted a virtual card to use. The first order for in-store pickup was canceled, due to the 1 item left showed online, that ended up being their display, that they could not sell. I spoke with someone at the store and they assured me the buybuyBaby in the town over, had 6 of the items I was needing. I was granted another virtual card to use through Affirm, and placed my order. The store canceled AGAIN. When I spoke to the supervisor of that store, he claimed he had not seen those items so the item was canceled. After giving him the item description, he said he did find 6 boxes of them and that his associate made a mistake canceling my order but that I would have to make another order all over again! This means I have now input payment twice, with both items canceled. I tried for a third time and asked for the item to be shipped to my house. It was accepted! However, I waited 5 days and received no item that was supposed to already arrive by then. I also had now 3 pending loans through Affirm for purchases with buybuyBaby amounting to $1200!! I had yet to receive any item. I spoke with a representative through chat on buybuyBaby because I was not receiving the cancelation email for the first order. I mistakingly left out a number in my email which the rep said was fixed and would not only be reflected on my account, but I would also receive an email with the cancelation. I NEVER received it and I checked all my folders. I spoke with another rep a few days later on the phone who informed me that my first two orders were canceled and that my third order it showed being delivered, NOT TRUE!! Said team would reach out to me, never did! Called again, and had all orders canceled. Rep said I would get an email confirming, never did!! Called affirm, and they never received cancelation confirmation from buybuyBABY. Horrible!
