    I have been charged ***** by Project Yourself.com for a monthly subscription after responding to a promotional offer for a FREE Tibetan singing bowl. I did not realize a continuing monthly subscription was attached to the offer. I do not want the monthly subscription; I would like money taken from my GCCU account returned and I want to be removed from all Project Yourself mailing lists and promotional offers.

    Let me just explain why you were charged with $49.95.


    The $49.95 is for omClub monthly membership that you signed up for when you participated in our promotion Free 7 Blessings Tibetan Singing Bowl. The First subscription box was free since it is bundled with the promo. Succeeding boxes after the 14-day trial period will have a charge of $49.95 every month and that is why there is a charge in your account.


    Once we cancel your membership you will lose these perks:


    ?? ****** improved selection of monthly training from Puja and Amish: including daily guided meditations.
    ?? 40% off everything in our online store.
    ?? FREE lifetime warranty on everything you purchase from our store.
    ?? Monthly ancient wisdom training for your personal growth - including videos, workbooks, guided meditations, and more.

    Rest assured that your omClub membership has already been cancelled and there will be no future charges in your account. We have also refunded the $49.95 as courtesy, Please note that it may take approximately 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

    May 12 2024 Order #****** They are trying to make another charge to my card. they tried 2 time on the 26 of may to charge my card of *****. but was declined Thankfully.

The first subscription box is free and after a 14-day trial period, you will be charged the regular fee of the subscription for $99.95. Since we did not receive any cancellation request, there was an attempt on your account.


    I have canceled your omClub membership rest assured that there will be no charges or re-bills to be done to your account. We have sent you an email as a confirmation of the cancellation for your reference.

    Ive been getting a recurring payment of $49.95 USD charged at over 1.4 conversion to CAD for the last two months. I made one purchase through ProjectYourself.com for a singing bowl for $18.95 Order #******. Showing up on my Bank statements from Projectyourself.com are charges November 20th for $70.55 CAD, and October 19th for $70.17 CAD. I called in today, the woman on the phone said the subscription is from a sister company called Om. She directed me towards the welcome e-mail I received from Om when I purchased the singing bowl. I signed into to both my projectyouraelf.com account and my Om account. Nowhere is there any subscription showing. In no e-mail do I have a contract or any information saying I signed up for a membership. I was on the phone for 30 minutes asking why my bank statement shows from projectyourself.com, and that online account only shows one purchase with one order number, and no subscriptions associated to that account. Yet somehow Ive been getting charged from a sister company I was told. Even still when I have signed on to the sister company account today, it says I am a member, but no contract anywhere, no stated amount, no billing information, and no shipping information, and the best part - no way to cancel said membership that has zero details of any information regarding a subscription. Not even a mention of subscription. So, nowhere in any email, or in any account page, anywhere that I was sent, after I made one purchase for $18.95 USD was I shown something that said Ive signed up for a membership. I have not been told I am being given a full refund and would not be, it would have to be sent off for approval if I was to even get one. I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor, nor given an email or phone number for a supervisor. This is very shady business practice. I would also like to return the singing bowl, for a full refund of the product, and refund the $141 CAD membership I didnt sign up for.

    Last month , I ordered some items from ProjectYourself.com.I received my items , but then Today I noticed a charge on my debit card for $49.95. I called and was informed that when I bought a certain bracelet, I had agreed to become a Om member. At no time did I see this post. I wouldnt have bought the bracelet (which broke after wearing it once)Called and they refuse to refund me but will cancel my account. It looks like this is a common problem with this company

    I bought over a 100 dollars worth of items from the website. The website advised that 3-4 weeks was the amount of time at MOST I should wait. I called because it has been a month with no items received only to hear them tell me that they cannot give a refund due to their policy even if I were to return the items. The only case they can give a refund is through a month process where they can confirm that an item was lost in transit which is a very murky way of dealing with things. As such I would like them to perform the actions of a legit company and issue a refund for items that I never received.

    As per company policy (https://projectyourself.com/pages/returnpolicy), order cancellation can only be processed within 24 hours after placing the order. Once the order is processed and shipped, cancellation/ modification is no longer allowed. Please be advised our ETA will take utmost 3 - 4 weeks. If your order is not received on or before  October 3rd, a refund or replacement can be requested. We have already reached out to our processing and shipping team to look into it and our agents will reached out to you in 24 - 8 business hours.
