    I signed up for the *************************** in February 2024 and authorized a one time charge of $49.95 to my credit card. It turns out I have been charged monthly this amount ($49.95) since then. The charge in February is valid. All charges from March 2024 - September 2024 are not valid.The only contact information I have been able to find is:************************************************************ I cannot find a phone number in numerous ****** searches. This alone is curious or pointing in an evasive direction.I contacted my credit card provider and they could not provide a contact number. I also see that a number of complaints for this issue have been filed in the past three years.Thank you for your help

    can't contact them you go to their website and go in circles with no way to reach them!

    Please be advised that I represent Boardwalk Flock, LLC and am writing in response to complaint #********. My client has issued a full refund totaling $2,905.70 to ***************************, covering both the disputed amount and the balance from all the services he purchased from us. Our records show no prior contact from ****************** regarding a request for a refund or any other issues before we were notified through the BBB.

    We have notified ****************** by email that his refund has been processed and his memberships canceled.

    I purchased a subscription to cryptonation through *******************, Crypto 101.At the time of my subscribing, I was told theres a nine month no questions asked cancellation. Once the subscription started, I realized that it was beyond me and it wasnt going to work for me, so I tried to cancel but its impossible because theres no way to reach him. So more time has passed and Im having to try to cancel this way to get my full refund of $900. I am still within my nine month window. Im just trying to cancel, and re-claim my money.Please help!Thank you.

    I want a full refund of $5000 fraudulently charged by Cryptnation 1% Society on 11/08/2021, as a result of false and misleading advertising on a Sales screening interview; deceptive marketing practices, misrepresentations that the product is "suitable for beginners"; failure to send me a contract and failure to disclose, send or prominently display a "no refund" policy, per the law. The product sold to me was not as described. It was falsely advertised to me on the Sales screening "interview" as a service "suitable for beginners". This false and misleading claim led me to purchase the product because I materially relied on these misrepresentations. After disclosing my beginner status in crypto to the Sales person, I should not have been sold anything for $5000 that I subsequently found described on their website as "an elite community for advanced crypto discussion". I wrote multiple emails to "******" in Support requesting a full refund. All communication is attached. I have waited almost six months for a call from their "specialist" and nobody ever contacted me. On Nov 01, 2022, I received a email threatening to charge me a renewal subscription, despite my email of cancellation to ****** on May 17, 2022. I had to contact my bank to flag as fraud any attempt for another unauthorized charge on my card by this company. The initial charge was unauthorized because I was misled into thinking I was buying a subscription for beginners. They also refused to comply with my information access request for a copy of the "contract" and a transcript of the Sales call. I have given this company every opportunity to refund me for the false and misleading advertising, and making a sale to me using deceptive marketing practices. I'm now seeking resolution for a full refund through BBB. Thank you.

    Tried to end my subscription over a year ago and there is no way to do it. There's no email or phone number provided to end the transaction. There's no information on the charge to my credit card except their name. I then told my bank get hold of these folks and end payment and request a refund. They processed and refund and quit charging. I got a replacement credit card and new number. Then last month 10/15/2022 the payments started on my new card. I never gave them any information and did not use their site since ending our relationship. I never gave them access to my new credit card information and do not know how they got access to it. This is fraud to me. I would like to know how they got my new credit card information and would like all ***** refunded along with the $200 for the time involved having to once again fix this problem.
