    I hired Delphi Construction in May 2021 to redo my balcony deck and paid $10,000 for the work. I attached the scope of work. All services were provided except he did not lay new plywood over the entire surface. I am filing this complaint because a few months after the job was completed I started noticing some flaws in the workmanship that needed to be repaired. I placed three phone calls to Delphi Construction and spoke with the owner, *****, who said he would get back to me before I had a chance to explain what the issues were. He never returned my calls. The last two attempts to correspond with him were via text on 2/22/2022 and 5/11/2022 and he did not respond to those either. The issues with the workmanship with the deck that need to be repaired/replaced are:1. The surface is not level and does not drain properly, causing puddling when it rains. The water pools in low spots and does not drain. 2. The railing that was installed is loose and extremely unsafe as this is a second story balcony over a canyon.3. The paint on the railing is peeling (photo attached).4. There is an open gap in part of the fascia that needs to be replaced (photo attached).5. New plywood was never laid on the surface and the deck feels weak in some areas (refer to scope of work).
