      My clinic, The ************, hired and signed an agreement with The Website Designs on 7-17-2023 to provide a completed website and to manage said website as well as providing the **** This was proposed by The website Designs as a two-week job to complete. After 2 months with no finished website and a total breakdown in communications between the web developer and myself led me to send a Letter of Termination as well as ask for a refund from The Website Designs. This has been met with tremendous opposition as well as endless, ridiculous excuses pointing the blame at my clinic and myself. I Have over 100 documented communications asking, no, begging for assistance from anyone who could help from their company. These were ignored. There were also multiple messages, sent myself, pointing out mistakes that I have asked to be fixed but were ignored as well. However, I would occasionally receive messages from The Website Designs that stated "the requested changes are being addressed and I would have an updated version by the end of the day" but nothing was provided. This was followed by more excuses from the web developer who was in charge of my account. Eventually, my clinic reached the breaking point and sought the same service from another company. To this date we have received no finished product and no measurable services from The Website Designs. Not to mention the temporary site they have been creating is very unprofessional and far short of what we originally discussed. I have had to point out remedial mistakes on the site dozens of times . This is not a very good sign of professionalism. In closing, I did receive a message from The Website Designs asking to schedule a phone call to work this out. I agreed and gave them my number and availability. They never called. They followed up, days later, with a message and more excuses as to why they never called! I am attaching a copy of the agreement cancellation that was sent 8-31-2023.

      I contact this company to build a website for me and my business. They said it would be done in a couple of months, this started in December of 2022. They gave me a contract pretty much stating that they would have the website running and generating "x" amount of dollars by June. If not, they would give me a full refund. I paid for a six month subscription to get my website running believing that they would finish before the subscription runs out. They didn't finish in June like they promise. I gave them a final date to have my website complete. It took them 8 month to get it 90% done. The website was moving very slow. When I ask about the incompletion and why it was moving slow, their response was. Well you only paid for a 6 six month subscription, you would have pay another $1599.00 to get the website to run normal and we will work on what's missing. I said no, I want my money back because you never gave me a chance to make any money off the website. They I went and built my own website in 8 days. I proved to them that they are running a scam. It don't take * months to build a website. I'm out of well over $10000.00

      Main complaint is to get a refund for $699.00 for company not providing Trademark Application / Registration for company logo. I have reached out once a month via phone and online chat and they continue to put me on hold, say they will call back, and even admit to not having a trademark/copywrite department that would even process this. I have received no documentation for Trademark Application / Registration for company logo and would like this refunded. The Website Design withheld website design from me for over a year, not returning calls or emails. I would prefer getting my refund for this as well. Timeline:9/21/2021 paid for website design and logo design for new business $1,000.00 10/16/02021 paid for services from The Website Designs to file Trademark Application / Registration for company logo $699.00

      I am unable to upload supporting documents because I no longer have access to the site; my account with the company no longer works to login. I have attempted numerous times to call and they do not answer (they do have a caller ID, a-lot of the times I'd call they know who I was before I would introduce myself.) They are a website developer, a site developer that has yet to provide services, we've had about four launch dates and never followed through due to coding issue and never fixing/repairing things they would take upon themselves to do instead of asking. I had ask them numerous times to fix the same things and once that was fixed, a few other things would mess-up or disappear. It is going on a year since they have started this project and now they have chosen to "disappear."
