  Placed an order for a friends baby shower. It was placed with more than enough time to arrive. I have continually checked to see if tracking info is available but no matter how many times Ive checked it never shows up with any proof its moving anywhere. Contacted the company and was told to give it another week. This week is the last time I will wait for anything from this company.Will not recommend or have any other business with this company.

  My family members each chipped in $40 to pay for the high chair in full. ($160). Instead of actually buying the high chair, apparently the policy is to give a $160 credit to the parents to Babylist. So we have nothing, not even a receipt, to bring to the shower on Saturday. We would've bought off ****** and had it shipped to the soon-to-be parents had we known. Very misleading.

  This review is regarding the poor service I experienced while ordering a breast pump through Babylist. This is my third pregnancy, and I have previously had seamless experiences with other providers like ******** and 1 ***********. Unfortunately, my experience with Babylist has been frustrating and disappointing.I chose Babylist because they were the only provider offering the specific pump I wanted. During the ordering process, Babylist stated that they would handle obtaining a prescription from my OB. However, after placing the order, I received an email saying that I needed to obtain the prescription myself. While it is not a big issue to request it from my OB, it is misleading for Babylist to advertise this service if they do not intend to follow through.Additionally, the insurance validation process has been much slower compared to other providers. For example, Aeroflow and 1 Natural Way validated my insurance within 12 days and shipped my pump within 10 days. In contrast, Babylist took five days to validate my insurance, and more than a week after validation, my pump has still not shipped. Babylist informed me that once the pump is shipped, delivery will take an additional 510 business days.This extended delay is unacceptable, particularly as my due date approaches. I know my pump will not arrive in time and I will have to rely on my old pump instead.

  Terrible customer service dont order pump they sent me a bill after saying everything was free and put it as due same day I feel like it was a scare tactic to make me panic and send them money big scam

  Middle man website interfering with return policies of department stores to the disadvatnage of the consumer! Do NOT register with them! Even if you have an order that you tried on (a robe, a nursing bra, a baby's snowsuit), they WILL NOT ACCEPT returns since it's not in its original form, which is RIDICULOUS. It's a total scam of a website that tricks customers into buying directly from them, and then not issuing refunds, even if items are unused with original tags!

  This is the review I will be leaving if you do not rush ship me that stroller: I made contact in advance to make sure Babylist had a specific stroller in the desired color, in stock, so ready to ship before I placed my order - because time was critical. I was lied to.I needed that stroller shipped the next day or at the latest a few days later - the day following the Monday holiday. After making contact again because This Can't Wait,and after they took my money, I was told 5 to 8 business days - just to process the order! And if it hadn't shipped in another week get ahold of them. Clearly it is not in stock and they are getting it from the manufacturer. If they hadn't lied to me I would have orderd directly from the manufacturer - gotten it sooner -and at a 20% discount!And also, I was charged $24 for county tax. We do not pay county tax for merchandise here in **, just state tax.This company has misled and overcharged me.Sincerely,***********************

  I paid $19.95 as upgrade fee for my Electric Breast Pump order BLS-********. I recently checked with my insurance company and it shows babylist billed my insurance $600, and my insurance company paid $300 after 300 plan discount. What I pay for in the claim is 0. I reached out to babylist for the upgrade fee refund, but they refused. The breast pump is sold for $216 on babylist website and they already get $300 from my insurance company, I don't understand why they are not willing to refund the upgrade fee.

  I purchase a NUNA Stroller from babylist and when I tried to return it, I was not able to print the return label until later, so today I tried to input my order number and receive a message that said cannot return item. I sent a message to them, but haven't got a response yet. They do not have a number you can call. I also researched my email and received nothing from babylist, not my purchase confirmation, or anything. I am very frustrated as the stroller was very expensive and I want a refund as I changed my mind of the purchase and getting something else.

  This company is bad about resolving issues pertaining to wrong item sent and overcharged for the replacement. I ordered a Honest 4 piece baby bath set for $49.99 and was sent the two piece set instead that I could have brought from Amazon less than half the price. I tried contacting the company to send back wrong item that they sent but no answers back to my numerous emails. I do not recommend this company to anyone because it is a scam company!
