    This business has caused a ransomware virus on my cellular phone. I didn't ask nor rever request information from this retailer. Now their ads have taken over my phone lately. It's May of 2025 and before a month ago, I'd never heard of nor seen them. Now they regularly post videos and ads! Perhaps I came in contact with this company while watching ******* videos ( I'm not sure) I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income and they have taken over my phone. I need to report this to the police also! I am scared, all types of ads pop up now out of nowhere! Please help me, this phone is phone is only 3 mos old, I need this phone. This is cruel and unusual punishment!Please help, why have I been targeted?I can barely complete this complaint while ads keep popping up!

    Did not like the dress quality not as I expected, fit too small, gorgeous color. Disappointed when I tried to find return information and it's not an option to return. I will be very wary of future small boutiques in the future. I would think they would want business .

Im looking at your record, it shows you placed your order April 9th, and your item was delivered April 14th. I do not show any correspondences regarding the Customer on this account requesting a return. We have no messages from you love. I would have loved to have had the opportunity to speak with you or receive an email to remedy your situation.In reviewing your order, I did notice that the description of the item you ordered stated the following: PLEASE NOTE: This is a special order item. It "may" take up to two weeks to ship to your location. Please take the shipping time into consideration prior to placing your order. Thank you so very much for your support. Without "YOU", there is no "US"!There are no returns on our Special Order Items.Perhaps this is what you were referring to regarding not being able to return it? Yes, there are no returns on Special Order Items. However, if a customer reaches out to us, we can do an exchange for a better fit. ?? Im so very sorry you didnt feel comfortable reaching out. But Im happy your special order item was received much sooner than stated.I hope you have a better experience with your next Boutique.     I have purchased a couple of times from Uylees Boutique and will definitely order again in the very near future. My recent order was a dress and I love it. The quality is high and the fit is perfect. Its a nice dress to wear to a dress up function yet comfortable enough to wear all day. Shipping time was very fast and the packaging was very nice and professional.
