    I booked the Air tickets from wish my trip on 05/15/2023 while booking agent name ***** told me that cancellation charge are between $50 to $100. Their website even claims that lowest rates are granteed but now when I called them to cancel they are asking $375.00 per person. I bought @$1050.00 per person and now it is available @ $595.00 per person , the mistake was that I told them the whole story with 100 percent honesty. The lady named *********** was told that your agents promise but she is not willing to listen? I have only one day to buy new deal but under the circumstances I cant do anything but to seek your help? I am loosing $900.00 plus on this deal ! Kindly look into the matter and oblige.     I booked ticket to ***** on 04/15/2023.They claim to have cheapest ticket Granteed. The agent name ***** who booked the ticket told me told me that cancellation charges would be very reasonable between $50 to 100. Now they are asking $375 per ticket , which is against the promise made by them. The ticket sold by them is $1050.00, now it is available at $595.00 . This valid to today only ! Now when I spoke with lady names ***** told me that cancellation charges would be $375.00 per person . I told her that this against the promise made by ***** and website. But she is neither sending me in writing not willing to reduce the charges? I have booked the temporary booking with other agency, which is valid for today only. Kindly get the issue resolved as soon as possible, so I can avail better rates. If this issue is not resolved today , I would be loosing $900.00 plus ?
