    I field my taxes with HR Block in March. Paid 310 dollars for their service. They electronically send in my returns to the ***. The *** send me a notice they didn't get all the forms. I contacted H&R block they said they sent all the forms. That I had to make a copy and send it in. First what happened?. That I have to send in forms for HR block mistake. I though it would be taken care of. I feel like I been ripped off by HR Block and paid a lot of money to get it done and taken care of. I guess they falsely advertise their business " we stand behind you" A discount for the headache would be nice.

    Paid H&R Block to do my taxes. I didn't know I needed a specific paper stating I had health care coverage still. Tax preparer said it should be ok, but we'd find out. Never thought there would be an issue. Return was denied, sent back to H&R Block, preparer had us schedule an appointment. Then we were told, due to their s**** up, WE have to pay H&R Block over $1400 because THEY gave us too much money on our emerald ******** How is this even possible? And why shouldn't this fall on the person that prepared our taxes/refund. I'll definitely be using someone else, or filing my own return next year.
