I have a Volkswagen EOS 2007 that I took care last year for my convertible top to be repaired That repair came with 12000 miles or 12 month warranty The car was service in July of last year 2021 21 when I received the car out Of their service department they went right into storage this summer I pulled my car out to top did not work I took it back for more service my car was picked up 2 days later the top went out again I took my car back they once again charged me not once did they ever let my warranty take effect they charge me every time this last time they replaced a motor on the window and said it was causing my top not to work properly while doing so they they dented my car and destroyed my wrap job on the car When I brought it to their intention their service manager Jim told me he will fix it for me to go get "and said that he will also give me the extra parts that my convertible top still needed once I gave him the estimate he yelled at me I was disrespected and and and here it is 2 months later no call no service I've wasted money with them and I and I still have a partial working convertible top vertible top and now it destroyed $6200 wrap job Of a beautiful custom color I made myself on my convertible these people take advantage if you're a single woman and come in there You will not be respected They have one polite worker named Barry But the whole service department this department is disrespectful and they will Lie in disrespect you before they will admit and try to fix an issue I'm looking into sewing them not only for this but for the pain and suffering that I've been caused and the emotional condition that Jim puts me in by the way he speaks to me I cried for hours when I got off the phone the phone and all I did was bake these people to treat me like a customer I'm a reoccurring paying customer even thou Every time the job was incomplete they had a good excuse They took Advantage of me and Scammed me out of money
