Forest of a business!! I as a consumer, I have purchased many vehicles over the years (foreign). I decided to give American vehicles a chance. Its not so much of the vehicles, but the poor business practice and professionalism of this dealership. The dont answer their phones and will not call you back. ****************** is ok, but sales and the finance departmentUGHHH.

As a very successful businessman myself, this is the worst unethical business transaction I have ever encountered in my entire life at a car dealership. Zero loyalty, zero dignity, zero transparency, zero remorse, unapologetic, entitle/unprofessional management: Mr. ****** and ****************. For approving an unethical transaction, and Salesman Arian: "You are in good hands." For making a commitment and making false promises. After accepting my offer at $31,500, I proceeded to fill out the credit application (I was overqualified for the vehicle I was applying for with a 750/760 FICO score) and asked their finance department to run my loan through Golden1. My offer was approved. I made a commitment with the Buick/GMC dealership (finance teams and salesman) to proceed with financing and move forward with the purchasing process. My credit was run. However, two hours later, I got a call from a very unapologetic, unprofessional manager. Mr. ****** stated that the car was sold to another customer due to a higher offer. $32,500. And literally, he said, "I'm just letting you know since we don't want to keep you hanging." Very poor tonality in a very unprofessional manner. Keep in mind that my offer was $31,500 and was approved by management. Over $1,000 I got screwed over, my credit was ran, and now I have a hard inquiry in my credit report. What a disgrace of a management team! And what a lack of transparency in how they run their operations! I demand accountability, and I expect to have a conversation with the general manager, Mr. ***** to create a proactive solution. This is not how run an entire business operation. Shame on you GMC - Buick.
