  My experience with 5 Star Processing left much to be desired. The approval process became a prolonged ordeal that needed more timely updates, leaving me in the dark about the progress. What was particularly disappointing was the level of support provided. The support team seemed uninformed about low-risk business requirements, leaving me frustrated and unsupported. Given the promise of quality service, this experience was a letdown.

  I am compelled to assign a meager 1-star rating to 5 Star Processing company based on my recent experience. Regrettably, the approval process spanned over an unexpectedly extended period of more than three weeks. As I engaged in conversations with multiple individuals within the organization, it became evident that there was a pervasive lack of clarity regarding the requisites for a low-risk business such as mine.One aspect of my interaction that was particularly disconcerting was the financial aspect. After an initial payment of $99, I was subsequently informed post-approval that an additional payment of $150 was required. This abrupt change in terms without prior discussion or transparent communication was, indeed, disheartening.A seamless and transparent process is paramount in any business interaction, and unfortunately, this was not the case with 5 Star Processing. The extended approval duration and the inconsistent communication regarding financial commitments left a palpable sense of dissatisfaction. I firmly believe that all terms and requirements should have been laid out comprehensively from the outset. This experience serves as a cautionary tale for those considering their services, as it highlights the need for greater transparency and consistency throughout the entire engagement process.
